WOW. What an experience…read more Early this year, 2026, I found the ring I wanted to propose with. The vendor didn't sell direct, so I had to go hunting for a certified seller. I looked at a lot of them, and D Geller & Son stood out, partly for the military discount, but the real value turned out to be the service. I worked with Jake, though I'm confident anyone there would have delivered the same first class experience. Mind you, I don't live in Georgia. I'm on the other side of the country, so the entire thing happened over phone and text. Jake walked me through every step, was accommodating the whole way, and delivered exactly what I asked for. Needless to say, she said yes. In her words, "It is exactly what I would have wanted." Kudos to Jake and D Geller & Son. Worth a look if you're after the right piece, even if Georgia is nowhere near you.

It traveled the world with my wife and me, and that ring rarely was ever left off my hand until one day this past Spring, when I found it was no longer on my finger, and nowhere to be found. We searched for months to no avail. It was lost for good. After coming to terms that a new ring would be needed, my first thought was to go back to D. Geller, where the ring was originally purchased. That experience was very good. So 25 years later we walked back into a D. Geller showroom where sales associate, Cailey Shirley, did an extraordinary job in helping me and my wife make another ring selection in advance of our impending 25th wedding anniversary. Cailey was knowledgeable, patient, kind and genuinely invested in our wants, needs and timeline. With Cailey's help, we found exactly the style and finish we wanted, and D. Geller was able to meet the arrival timeline we desired. Moral of the story, lighting may not strike twice, unless you're in a D. Geller & Son showroom. It is there where your odds of finding exactly what you want, guided by a highly knowledgeable and caring staff, such as Cailey, will be in your favor.

She is a cancer, the crab. I described what I was thinking, got a reasonable price and put 1/2 down. About a month later I got a call and the silver ring was ready. When we got there they wrapped it up in a pretty ring box and a cute little gift bag. It was a nice touch. It is hard to make a crab cute, but I think they did a good job of it. I talked to their cad designer and she told me my idea helped inspire her to make a whole line of zodiac jewelry. Which made me feel happy to help. We will be back to get a set of ear rings made to match the ring. They did a good job for us, they were nice, and we will be back. Give them a chance, it is a neat store, you will be glad you did.

It is exactly why we are such strong supporters of local small business. Their store was immaculate and very well organized. They were all so knowledgeable about everything and so patient with us. Brady was the main person helping us, but every person there, jumped in at some point and helped us out. It's just like a family does. We fell in love with this place, and we fell in love with this family too. Their candor, their vast knowledge of diamonds and the industry itself was mind blowing. They gave us all the warm fuzzies!! Most importantly, Collins jewelers does everything in House and that is a big deal to me. They don't send my expensive jewelry off, potentially losing it, and having someone else do the work on it. They have accredited talented jewelers there who do all of the craftsmanship by hand. These are our new exclusive jewelers and we are so blessed to have found them. We strongly recommend Collins Jewelers. We are not easy to please people either. Trust me! Put your hard earned money right back into your own community, don't keep funding those big jewelry chains Who knows where your money ends up when you finance their operation. Worst of all, they send all your jewelry off premises for any work to be done. No thank you! Collins Jewelers is the hidden gem jeweler, located right here in Dallas, GA. Highly recommend 100 stars
