However, the patek store is not listed separately here on Yelp I scheduled a service appointment ahead of time prior to arriving at the store because that was required even for a battery change. Leading up to my visit I did call the store to ensure turnaround times as well as cost. Upon arriving at the store, I must say it is absolutely beautiful with obviously only display watches. And the gentleman who helped me branyon was super nice and friendly and helpful. In fact, he even beat the turnaround time that was quoted to me over the phone by the store earlier in the week. He even went above and beyond by offering to show me watches, even though I had not made a separate sales appointment. That was very kind and very tempting of him.
