I judge house cleaning services in three ways: Quality is #1 and the excellent cleaning with these ladies is very consistent. Attention to detail is #2 and Ingrid has it. She will address small special requests and gets to know your requirements. #3 is price. You could pay more and certainly pay less for cleaning services, and I've done both. Wanda charges a price right in the middle and her cleaners still deliver a high-quality consistent cleaning service. We trust our cleaners so much that we allow them to clean our home even if we're not there. Anytime I've had any concerns with scheduling, or wanted to add additional services, Wanda has been there. In the two years we've been with Always Home Services we've never had a bad experience. I'm the two strikes and you're out kind of customer, but with Ingrid and Alicia we are going on two years bi-weekly!

Then I received an email with a new time of arrival 8-11:30. They didn't show. I called the supervisor at 12 noon and 15 minutes later team arrived. I didn't interact with the team a lot , just told them what needs to be done and during the appointment asked them twice if they need my assistance. They cleaned 3 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, living room, family room and the kitchen. All these areas required dusting, cleaning multiple glass surfaces and countertop, and floor mopping. Team of 3 people spent a little over 2 hours. Strangely, left without saying anything to me. All I saw through the window is their car speeding away. Services: they did everything I asked for, but left foot prints on wet floors in the bedroom and let it dry. Left chemical spots on the floors in both showers, a pile of water on wooden piece of furniture, did not mop the floor under any furniture. They mopped floors in a hurry and left a lot of water so we had to use a couple of fans to dry it. (We have laminate flooring) I also have several wall mirrors. The team tried to clean them, but didn't do a good job and left smudges. I have one area rug in the bedroom, so they vacuumed only about 80 percent of it.
