It ends in a wooden hedge on one side and a mossy brick wall on another. The far end overlooks a few large trees. A freind of mine went in there the other day and asked for some Parma Ham, the woman serving him proceeded to cut small slices from the ham - My friend, noticed the woman slicing short slices, so he asked for long slices for his melon, but the woman turned round and said that if he wanted long slices he should go to a supermarket and buy it in a packet! - Not very professional ... Their Pecorino cheese is wonderful, and their pizza slices were lovely - I would buy one and heat it up in the microwave at home which was delicious. They have a good selection of breads but they sell quickly so it's worth getting there early. I love the Italian chatter that goes on in the shop: I try and pretend I'm in Italy when I'm in there rather than in rainy old England! I'm also an olive oil fan, and their selection doesn't disappoint.
