Also while in the store on 9/09/24 we had to wait over 20 mins for an employee to come out of the back room to assist us. I called Total Spa after i had another spa repair come…read moreout to take a look at my spa - the reason for the call was that the black hot wire kept tripping the breaker when connected- the "other" company came out right away and after about 10 minutes said to me- Ma'am im really sorry to tell you this but you have a bad circuit board" said i would need to order the part myself due to they not being a master spa dealer- I said ok- immediately ordered the circuit board (670$) and i called the "other" company and told them i ordered the circuit board and that it was expected in 2 days. They then told me i needed to drain all the water out in case we get another cold snap and that they really couldn't tell me when they could come out to install due them being very busy. Told me to drain the water and use a wet vac to get as much water out of the tub as i can- so i proceeded to do as directed, that night i got to thinking about it and just had a bad feeling, so in the am i immediately started looking for a 2nd opinion. That is when i found my life saver Tim- called him- he called me back the next day (friday) and i told him what had been told to me- he said that doesn't sound like a bad circuit board and said he could be out that following Monday- Tim came Monday and within 10 minutes found the problem- just sound bad wiring from the electrician, he fixed it!
