We got two chocolate fountains, a popcorn machine, and cotton candy machine - all for a very affordable price. Keith set up the desserts beautifully and our guests loved it all! Keith was great to work with because he was really flexible with the dipping items. We wanted dipping items without eggs because of our dietary restrictions and he was the only chocolate fountain person willing to work with us and meet our requirements, which we so appreciated! He asked that we provide our own vegan marshmallows, but took care of everything else. His team was prompt and professional. And lastly, we reached out to Keith pretty late in the planning process and we are very grateful that he was easy to get in touch with, responsive, and did such a good job. We would work with Keith and his team again and trust him to handle a major function.

Absolute Disaster - Do Not Trust This Party Planning Business!…read moreI had the unfortunate experience of hiring Party Bliss to handle what should have been a memorable and joyous event, but it turned into an absolute nightmare thanks to their incompetence, false promises, and complete lack of accountability. If you're looking for a company that excels in disappointment and frustration, then by all means, give them a call. Otherwise, run as far away from them as you can. From the very beginning, Dina promised the moon and the stars - a flawless event, seamless coordination, and attention to every detail. What I got instead was a haphazardly thrown together disaster that could have been organized better by a group of toddlers. My order included light up numbers - Dina didn't call me ahead of time to tell me that she couldn't get them. Her guy shows up on the day of my event without them and when I asked him where they were, he then told me that she couldn't get them. When I called her then she told me she was trying to get them up until the last minute and that's why she didn't let me know. I was promised a certain look with the curtains - the scarf was too short so he had to do something completely different and not at all what I had agreed to. I told her that I needed the set up to be completed by a certain time - that didn't happen. My guests started coming and her guy was still setting it up. He brought the wrong color balloons and had to drive back to New Jersey to get the proper color and this is what made the set up time so long. I kept calling her because I knew he was going to be still setting up while my guests would be arriving. I guess she got sick of me calling and then began to yell and scream at me and told me she was going to have him remove everything and leave me with nothing. All of this on the day of my event. Who does that? Dina is nasty and full of well-rehearsed scripts of excuses, blame-shifting and denial. In the end - the whole thing looked like a last-minute DIY project gone wrong, not at all "professional" looking. In conclusion, Party Bliss is a prime example of everything that can go wrong when a company prioritizes making false promises over delivering actual results. They are experts at under-delivering with a side dish of zero accountability. Save yourself the headache, the embarrassment, and the disappointment by taking your business elsewhere. Your event deserves better than the shoddy treatment and blatant unprofessionalism that Party Bliss has to offer.

A Delightful Balloon Experience That Floated Above Expectations!…read more I confess, I initially doubted the prowess of a small, independent balloon business in the hustle and bustle of NYC. Living in another state, I almost defaulted to a big chain store whose name I recognized, thinking they'd have a better selection and reliability. Boy, was I in for a delightful surprise! Instead, I googled "Best Balloons Delivered to Prospect Heights," and Sabrina's Creations popped up. Google was right about this fabulous woman-owned balloon business. She was a breath of fresh air. Reliable, attentive, and truly dedicated to making my vision a reality--at a very reasonable price, including delivery. I felt like I'd stumbled upon a hidden gem in the concrete jungle! Despite my worries about logistics, she delivered (literally) beyond my expectations. I gave her a four-hour window for delivery, and she impressively narrowed it down to just one hour, and then further to a half hour. And before heading out, she sent me a picture of the bouquet for any last-minute tweaks (you can see it at the top of her website-at least today)-it's the blue bunch of graduation balloons, including an inflated diploma!). Spoiler alert: it was perfect, and the recipient was over the moon! Her communication was great, her customer focus unparalleled, and her reliability unquestionable. She not only met my expectations but soared above them, restoring my faith in the magic of New Yorkers. I highly recommend Sabrina's Creations!

I have not had any success in contacting in reaching anyone so I'm going forward with my review. I ordered flowers for my mother in law for Mother's Day. When I received a picture of the flowers she received compared to the arrangement I ordered, I was mortified. I ordered from the website and they DID have a disclosure saying "due to pandemic SOME flowers MAY be substituted." I paid for the premium arrangement to ensure they came out as close to the picture online. I'm from California and decided to search a local florist to support in this time of need instead of using one of the big name flower delivery services. I understand times are hard, but the disclosure should say "you get what you get" it was a completely different arrangement all together. Very disappointing and in a little embarrassed what arrived at my mother in laws. They should not offer "Premium" option and allow consumers to pay extra for what is a very basic arrangement. On the other hand, the did deliver the flowers on time.
