I have not been a lifetime patient of Dr. Moser, but I have been a patient for about...8 years? Dr. Moser is extremely knowledgeable. She was able to help me resolve some things no one had found, I guess you could say she changed my life. I don't really see Dr. Moser anymore, I see her nurse, Whitney for my annual appointments. I love Whitney, she's so nice and so down to earth. The receptionist staff and medical assistants are really friendly, always smiling, but definitely don't try to use the form on the website to request an appointment. I'm pretty sure after several tries over the years, two at the end of 2024, that they don't monitor that form. And if you call and you get a random person's voicemail, just know it's the receptionist voicemail, they just don't put the name of the practice in the message. lol Whatever works for them, I guess. lol My pharmacy also had trouble getting hold of them many times so I just transferred my prescriptions to another of my doctors. There is a give and take for Dr. Moser's practice, but her knowledge, Whitney, and her staff are enough to keep me coming back. =) read more

Horrible service. Had to call several times to get test results. Only one test done but they asked me what test I was calling about. Billing issues and never met Dr Moser. Would not recommend. read more

I wish I could give a negative 100. If you read anything on my review, please read this first part. If you having anything out of the ordinary or a strange question, or strange situation.... You will be HUMILIATED!!! I will admit I had a strange case going in. But I thought I could explain to the office what was happening, or at least be treated and talked to with dignity. Not the case. I never saw the Dr or the PA because the nurse who first saw me was so rude and mean I ended up leaving BAWLING my eyes out. She made me feel like a COMPLETE idiot. She never even cracked a smile. I felt like a second class citizen. I've NEVER been treated l like that by ANYONE, much less a medical staff. I went in scared and nervous, and left feeling even worse than when I entered. The icing on the cake, was when she left the room her and the Dr started talking about me HORRIBLY. Like I was an idiot. I could literally hear EVERYTHING they said. I literally have never felt so small or embarrassed. At one point I could hear "This is just so weird!" It was the WORST experience of my life. I CAN'T BELIVE they would talk so poorly of me, a patient, behind doors where I could hear everything. PLEASE spare yourself, or you're liable to leave in absolute tears like I did. read more

I worked for Dr Moser about 15 years ago. She was great to work for and she is great as a provider. I read some of the reviews and just think we can be so petty. I will just confirm that as a OB/GYN, Dr Moser KNOWS the woman's body! read more

I am an established patient of this clinic although I've never met Dr. Moser, and from most of the reviews posted here, perhaps this is a good thing. In the past I had been attended by her PA. Recently, I made a telehealth appointment to go through some lab results, but on the day of the appointment I had to call their office 3-4 times wondering by if the PA was going to call. I was told she was running late and to give it 15 more minutes. After waiting an hour by the phone, calling again several times, and leaving a message, I never received a return call-a courtesy call- or even a response to my emails. Lunch hour came, and they were gone. Not sure what kind of business they're running over there, but that is the last time I'll bother to reach out. The careless attitude, lying, and inconsiderate behavior of the staff was surprising and disappointing. read more

I love love love Dr. Moser. She's delivered both my boys who are now 4 and 6. She's consistent and knowledgeable. I do wish her rooms were bigger and decorated better. I've spent so much time in them and so do other patients. There's no room to be comfortable with your spouse or to put your clothes anywhere. When there is always at least 1 nurse with the Dr., your spouse, etc. in such confinement, it's just not very relaxing or comfortable. I also feel like some of the equipment needs to be upgraded. It's been 6 years since I've had my first and they still have the same ultrasound equipment. A few of them are so bad and I cant even believe they can tell what they're looking at- I just take their word for it. I can imagine it'd be very hard to renovate with so many patients in and out all the time. All of that aside, I absolutely love all of the staff. They've always been so loving and comforting- warm and friendly. I feel special when I visit. They are wonderful and genuine women who I trust completely. The world needs more loving staff like Dr. Moser's!! read more

Don't call yourself a DO if you're inducing a patient preemptively. If you want a natural birth, don't let the DO in her name fool you. You'll end up wasting your time. read more

Dr. Moser is a great OBGYN. I came to her after I had a terrible experience with another doctor after my first miscarriage and Dr. Moser did such a great job getting my body back to normal and ready to conceive again. She monitored me closely and helped me to deliver a healthy baby. read more

Dr. Moser is wonderful! I have been seeing her since I was 16. She has delivered both my my girls, and I'm currently seeing her for my 3rd pregnancy. Her staff has always gone above and beyond, and they are so friendly. I have referred her to friends, and family....and they all love her. I'm giving two stars for the billing staff at Moser's office. EVERY SINGLE TIME I called with questions about billing, Paula was curt, interrupted me and was rude. They threatened to terminate care if I didn't pass certain fees and then it turns out I OVERPAID THEM (which is exactly what I was afraid of!). They also lost a payment once and I had to provide a receipt to show payment. I ended up being overcharged by almost $300 and now am battling with their office to get my credit that is due to me. My insurance company is also trying to help me with the battle. I have never encountered this at any other doctor. read more

First I want to say that I have been going to see Dr. Moser for a long time. Her treatments for me included well woman visits and hormone therapy since I had a hysterectomy at an early age. Dr. Moser has always been caring and attentive to my issues and it pains me to write a bad review. But here goes. I have turned 65 and now am on Medicare as my primary insurance and another, very good, insurance as secondary. I had an appt today but learned when I arrived that Medicare is not covered and that prevents my secondary from paying. Any services would have to be cash and with the problems I am having the bill would be over $500 dollars. Who carries that kind of cash? I don't. Again I am a long time patient, never missed an appointment, never delayed paying anything due and I was treated like someone they didn't know at all. Feeling pretty let down by someone that I had trusted all these years. read more

I heard the doctor is good, but didn't get to see her bcuz her staff to schedule patients is the most incompetent I've even run into. She made is so complicated to see the doctor I just chose to go see someone else. Many forms needed to be filled out and she kept on emailing it to the wrong address, and mailing it to the wrong address. I called back and spelled it word for word several times and she would just keep getting it wrong. I was hoping she will just have me come to the office and do the paperwork there, nop, she can't think that much, her brain is too small. read more

Dr. Moser was able to see me very quickly and I am very pleased with the care I have received. From the phone staff to the office staff to Dr. Moser, herself, everyone has been fantastic!!! I am a 57 year old female and pretty picky about my healthcare, so finding a good fit was very important to me. I have absolutely the highest regard for this office and staff!! read more
