Throughout my entire appointment Linda behaved EXTREMELY unprofessionally. When I first sat down in the chair and showed her the area to be waxed (it had been some time since I had shaved) she looked at me with a face of disgust. When she began powdering the area, she kept repeating how SWEATY I was. Like, yes girl it is 85 degrees outside and I'm nervous about putting hot wax in my genital era, I have built up a bit of a sweat. However, the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The technician was clearly unprepared; she didn't have the matching acrylic color, her tools were in poor condition, and she kept having to borrow tools from other staff. The quality of the work was shocking. She cut my natural nails unevenly and actually sliced one of them so short that she had to glue a fake tip on it to make it match--completely defeating the purpose of an overlay on my real nails. After two hours, the result was awful. The nails were filed sideways/crooked, very thick, and the acrylic was flooded onto my cuticles. I spoke to the manager because I was afraid to let them continue damaging my nails. While they offered to fix it the next day, I canceled because I didn't trust them to touch my hands again. To make matters worse, when I spoke to them the following day, they claimed they 'don't do acrylics' there--a blatant lie considering their website ads and my booking confirmation. This place practices false advertising, charges premium prices for unskilled work, and takes zero accountability. If you value your natural nails, run the other way."

I have been to several other waxing places all over the Fort Lauderdale and Miami area, European wax center had me having to pay for someone else to re-wax because they literally missed 40% of waxing. And natura spa but after trying several estheticians there each one either left my scarred from the wax being too hot and ignoring my requests to cool it down, or they left behind many patches.
