Really disappointed with the Reedley cemetery. The grounds are kept up very nicely, but as for what…read moregoes on after hours is a disgrace, disrespectful. The RCD needs to invest on some cameras or have it patrolled in the evenings. There are parties there anywhere from 5 to 10 people with tables set out and eating Sundays are the worst days. Kids running around over graves playing on the light poles. I mean this is not a park! Dog also present leaving dog poop. This is a place of being able to have peaceful visits with our loved ones that have passed and not to get stressed out with all the disrespectful people who think they can use this cemetery like a park. Ridiculous! Also there are vehicles parked there near the back of the buildings for hours and they aren't there to visit any loved one. Seems like something else is going on there and I'm sure it's not good. Other people have told me the same thing of what they have also observed. The administration to me seems not to care that this goes on. The secretary told me that she knows that this goes on and had the attitude that what ever happens after they close is not on them. So I don't understand how they can run this business without compassion to keep allowing this to go on, because it has been going on a long amount of time. I hope that the administration reads this and realizes that this is to disrespectful and does something about it. Something needs to be done , because I can't even have a respectful quite visit with my mom. All I get when I leave is sadness and such disrespectfulness.

Spoke to Judy about how we go about burying our mothers ashes next to our fathers grave. Judy walked us through the steps of getting a CA burial permit, the costs involved with a burial of ashes, selecting a date and having a new headstone placed. The new headstone was delivered late by the monument company to the Reedley Cemetery; to our surprise upon our arrival, it had been set and ready for our final good-bye (we live in other states and may have never been able to return to view the new headstone). Don't expect a handshake or any condolences from them they won't even bother so you just might have to go up to "him" and pretty much put your hand in his face and make "him" feel like he has to shake your hand. I never put any one on this website or any website to give a bad review but in all honesty I had no choice I would hate for another family to go threw the same thing we went threw.

She was patient and comforting with my mother and assisted me with navigating through the process of laying my uncle to rest. On the evening of the rosary and day of the burial, Nate from Salser & Dillard, was great. He and the other team members were helpful and attentive. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the ushers at the rosary were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Salser & Dillard to anyone in need of a funeral home. Their process is slow and they do not seem to care about communication. They do not offer any assistance beyond another excuse why my husband is still at the coroner's office almost 3 weeks after his passing always placing the delay on the fault of the coroners office or doctors office. Now they state that the cremation, preparation of ashes and death certificate MAY be done next week! Maybe!!!! My life is on hold waiting for them to do the job they have been paid to do.

I explained to David what I was looking for and when I needed it completed by. David jumped right on it and quoted me a very reasonable price. I paid it off on the spot. David from the beginning set the expectation as to when we should expect it completed and installed. Being that the stone was being made in another country and had to be shipped, I knew that there could possibly be a delay. After paying it off, our next appointment was to figure out what we wanted engraved on her stone. David was aware that she had (4) children (3 alive and 1 deceased ) He knew I wanted this stone to be very special for her children. He met with her (3) kids, myself and my daughter. He was so compassionate toward her kids while gathering info. He helped them design her stone and made sure it was so special and meaningful. Throughout the months of waiting David, made sure we were kept inform of the process and delivery period. David knew that our completion and installation date was November 8, 2025 (2 years of my SIL passing). On October 31, 2025 I received a call from David that the stone had arrived and it was completed. He sent me a photo for approval. I approved it and he immediately contacted the cemetery to have the stone installed. On 11-3-25 David called me to tell me the stone would be installed the next day 11-4-25. I cannot tell you how thankful my family and I are with Davis of Ricos' Memorial Stone. They totally exceeded our expectations and I will always refer them to family and friends. The message from each of her children breaks my heart. She will live forever in our hearts. Thank you so much David for your time, effort and most importantly your compassion.
