She was patient and comforting with my mother and assisted me with navigating through the process of laying my uncle to rest. On the evening of the rosary and day of the burial, Nate from Salser & Dillard, was great. He and the other team members were helpful and attentive. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the ushers at the rosary were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Salser & Dillard to anyone in need of a funeral home. I just can't thank them enough!

I worked closely with Christina, who guided me through the funeral planning process with grace and empathy. She listened patiently to all my questions, comments, and concerns, and made sure I understood each detail before making any decisions. I appreciated how she respected my privacy and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Every change I requested was communicated clearly, and I felt truly supported throughout the entire process. I was especially grateful for the private time I was given with my father in the days leading up to the service something I will never forget. On the day of the funeral, everything went exactly as planned. Frank was incredibly kind and personable, helping ensure the service flowed smoothly and on schedule. His presence and professionalism brought a sense of calm to what was otherwise a very emotional day. Following the service, we moved directly across the parking lot to the reception venue, where I worked with Jessica as our event coordinator. Jessica was outstanding she helped plan every detail of our potluck reception, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure the space was beautifully arranged. Her professionalism and warmth were evident from our planning meeting through the day of the event. I was very pleased with the overall package we selected and the quality of service provided by both the funeral chapel and the event venue. During a time of deep sorrow, Salser & Dillard gave me peace of mind and allowed my family to focus on honoring and remembering my father. Due to family problems ( Husbands family did not want us there) Chapel of Light told police ( yes police were called from the staff) We were told from the police that the staff recommend we leave until the service was over and would be able to see him for the last 15 minutes!! Not one staff at COTL came to talk to Me or my adult children! We did come back for our viewing of Our loved one .. We were greeted RUDELY and were RUSHED .. whoever the usher was there a young man ... VERY RUDE AND MADE FACES THE ENTIRE 15 minutes we had left!! Not only that They didn't want to give my daughter his cross Due to information that was given to them by my husbands family.. that my children were not his children!! CHAPEL OF LIGHT YOU REALLY SUCKED ON THIS ONE !! And YOUR EMBLAMER DOES A TERRIBLE JOB!!

Angels Cremation has the worst customer service! There is very little follow-up with next of kin…read moreonce they receive payment. Their process is slow and they do not seem to care about communication. They do not offer any assistance beyond another excuse why my husband is still at the coroner's office almost 3 weeks after his passing always placing the delay on the fault of the coroners office or doctors office. Now they state that the cremation, preparation of ashes and death certificate MAY be done next week! Maybe!!!! My life is on hold waiting for them to do the job they have been paid to do.

I had to handle this task from 200 miles away and I am grateful to have chosen this group. Elizabeth took my early morning call and was very compassionate. She guided me through the steps to get my sister cared for with professional grace. From the first call to the home delivery of her ashes, all the staff were efficient and kind. I have worked for an excellent hospice for 20 years now. I am well aware of the standards of cremation and burial agencies. My expectations were exceeded with the staff at the Tulare location.

Our sister had a design she wanted to use; I sent it to Rebecca who created the headstone we wanted and more. Bell Memorials did everything they could to have the headstone completed and delivered to the Reedley cemetery by the date we were going to bury our mothers ashes. They did - Reedley cemetery crew moved us up in the que, the new headstone was set and waiting for our family service when we arrived. As an added surprise, the lettering was done in gold, which showed up beautifully on the Sierra White granite headstone. Bell Memorials, your service is the BEST!

They spoke horribly of him due to his stature and size. They told me inmates families don't come for them and I should let the state handle it. The cherry on top was the funeral director telling me if I didn't like it to find a funeral home. So I did. My first interaction with Tony was full of sympathy. I explained my brother was a large man, we often called him a titan. I explained the first home said they couldn't pick up his body because he was too large. Tony assured me it would not be a problem. I watched Tony's associates take my brother out of a trailer in the back of the hospital with so much respect and care. They extubated him and cleaned him up so we could see him before they drove him to the funeral home in Fresno. Tony dressed my brother, and sent me pics because my mom was too ill to travel. Roxy was amazing and handled all the paperwork and kept in constant contact to let me know how things were going. My partner and I went back, 2 weeks after his death to cremate him. They let me have as much time as I needed to say goodbye one last time. I watched him go in the crematorium. My brother shouldn't be dead, but they made the process a little more bearable for a little sis who had to handle it all basically by herself. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything.

They told me they were remodeling and the smell was from mold. It would be gone b4 the service for our beloved Gary. We had to go down there several getting paperwork right for victim assistance program. React time I went to visit the funeral home it as worse and worse. I mean I've worked at trauma hospitals and I've smelled death before and the smell was definitely that of decaying humans. There is like 4 different funeral Homes run out of this place. When we did a family visitation our loved one's body was in bad shape. When I felt around him I realized that there he had ice packed all around him and his body was decaying. Also I was unhappy about all the thinking I had to do as far as the package. Nothing was explained about prayer cards, guest book , and when I remembered not talking about these little but important things the owner or supervisor never explained any of this to us so when I remembered it was a scramble nearing the big day to pick out these items and the obituary and they got the flower order all wrong as well. What a bad experience at a very difficult time when we counted in the professionals to help us make sure all the little items that we needed were included I wasn't concerned so uuuuy
