Looking for a loved one's urn is never easy especially trusting a website you've never purchased off of before. I was very hesitant but I am SO glad I purchased this special urn for my brother. It is beyond beautiful and exactly what I imagined. The quality is amazing, the customer service was amazing, everything about this purchase really warmed my heart. The customer service emailed me photos before processing for approval and emailed back quick! I did paid for 2 day shipping and I received it within 3 days! Thank you Erica for the great communication and the rest of the staff for going above and beyond for my order.

My brother recently passed and it was a devastating loss for my entire family. I decided to order 7 of the photo pendant heart urns for my family and I. I was very skeptical at first...I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I placed the order on Monday 3/18/19. Someone from the graphic design department reached out to me the same day to send a mock up of the photo and make sure I approved. Everything looked great. My order shipped 3/21/19 and I received the necklaces today, 3/23/19. I am so in love. They turned out beautifully. I am so happy and grateful we have a special necklace to hold my brother close to our hearts everyday. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I'd greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to read and share this post. This company has falsely advertised a product we purchased for my father's memorial. I have spoke with a woman named Amber and one named Tami who have been no help as they have to reach out to their "artist" to get the answers we need as to why our product received is not what was advertised. In addition, I was informed by Amber that she had never received so many complaints about an item from any customer, and that my complaints we're basically minor when referring to the gap on the edges of the flag case/medal case. Take a look at what is advertised and what we received. 1- First of all, look at the price and description of the product. It says it includes all three pieces..until you actually attempt to order it and then they inform you that an additional charge of $150 is needed to actually get the medal display case. 2-Prior to ordering, I asked if the medal display case was made to fit snugly in the urn, or if we could find one elsewhere..but they said it was specifically made for the urn and it may be hard to find another display case to fit...with this being said, I added it on. 3-We received our items and the flag case length is not the same as the medal display case as shown on their webpage. There is a 1-inch gap at the end when making one of the corners touch, but when asked about it, I was informed the dimensions are correct. 4-Check out the seal on the flag case. In the picture, it's gold. The one we received is silver... WTH? When I asked for an explanation about this, Amber said she would have to contact the artist. The box of the flag case says "vice presidential"..but the item purchased says presidential. 5-Dont even get me started about the size of the engraved piece we received. 6-I do NOT recommend this company to anyone, but want others to know they are falsely advertising their items. PLEASE SHARE!

I'm only giving 3 Stars because of the beautiful Flower for my mother's ashes at sea burial. The flower came apart as soon as it hit the water. The flower went upside down and the container underneath that held my mother's ashes floated away and was afloat for ever we never seen it sink just float away. The instructions say do not glue bottom to the flower .Im telling you if you buy this flower you WILL need to glue or tape bottom on.

Wasn't a good experience. The week before my mom died I called them and asked what I needed to do--…read moreor could expect. I also asked about a pre-paid funeral policy she believed she had purchased. They said they would check for it-- and call me back the next day with information. Never heard back. A week later Hadley's picked my mom up from assisted living-- I kind of expected a phone call at that time. The next day I called-- and yep, they had her. They scheduled an appointment to meet two days later, again saying they would check on her policy. . When we arrived-- it was obvious she hadn't checked on policy-- left room several times to check here and there and call people. The rest of the meeting not much was presented-- I had to ask about clothes-- graveside- obituary. They took her handwritten obit-- I offered to type up and bring back-- but they said they would handle it. I wrote a check-- and we were gone. No graveside, but they said it would be several hundred more if we wanted to stand near grave when she was put in the ground. Without the extra money we had to stay at road. Well-- obit was not completed-- called several days later and they said they were still working on it. We were anxious to get in paper-- so I cancelled them and typed it up and submitted myself to newspaper. Took me less than 30 minutes. At cemetery-- cemetery staff let us get right up to the casket, and even gave us a few minutes. No need for an extra fee. Later we checked with Smiths in Exeter if she had pre-paid there -- and was just mistaken. They were wonderful-- gave us numbers to call with state insurance commission to check on a policy. Went out of their way with suggestions. And we were able to find it as just a regular life insurance policy-- although she was sure it was held by Hadley's. It was a simple for Hadley's. We had church service with no casket-- no viewing. But a bit frustrating how little they did -- didn't go an inch out of their way for anything. We won't be using them again.

May 2025 A Compassionate, Respectful, and Seamless Experience During a Difficult Time…read more-Planning my father's funeral was one of the most emotionally difficult moments of my life, but Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel provided compassionate, respectful, and professional support from start to finish. I worked closely with Christina, who guided me through the funeral planning process with grace and empathy. She listened patiently to all my questions, comments, and concerns, and made sure I understood each detail before making any decisions. I appreciated how she respected my privacy and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Every change I requested was communicated clearly, and I felt truly supported throughout the entire process. I was especially grateful for the private time I was given with my father in the days leading up to the service something I will never forget. On the day of the funeral, everything went exactly as planned. Frank was incredibly kind and personable, helping ensure the service flowed smoothly and on schedule. His presence and professionalism brought a sense of calm to what was otherwise a very emotional day. Following the service, we moved directly across the parking lot to the reception venue, where I worked with Jessica as our event coordinator. Jessica was outstanding she helped plan every detail of our potluck reception, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure the space was beautifully arranged. Her professionalism and warmth were evident from our planning meeting through the day of the event. I was very pleased with the overall package we selected and the quality of service provided by both the funeral chapel and the event venue. During a time of deep sorrow, Salser & Dillard gave me peace of mind and allowed my family to focus on honoring and remembering my father. I am truly thankful for the care and support I received from the entire team.
