RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE !!! so now we are out another $250 for one panel, and we'll have to find someone else to install it. since then, we've had another garage door person look at the door & motor... the motor sounds funny, like there's a problem. come to find out that All Seasons had set the door to close so hard/with such force/continuing to push the door down even after it was closed, that the motor is being ruined and that contributed to the cracked panel. when the new people adjusted the door, it did not bend in the middle anymore.
