The initial service required multiple follow-up visits because issues were not properly addressed the first time (left engine chain hanging), suggesting weak quality control from the team performing the work. Based on my experience, they may be better suited for installing entirely new systems rather than repairing or modifying existing ones, as the technicians who completed the work did not deliver the same level of quality as the customer communication.

I need to balance my budget at the end of the month just like everyone else, and like everyone else I work really hard for every dollar I earn. Anyways Garage Solution came in, the guy took no time to give me an estimate, I got to see how much I was being overcharged by the others...still mad about this. For me the big factor apart from cost was that they make their doors in North America and not China...so important for me. I would recommend these guys 100% all day long.

It is well worth your effort to call Riley Woodworth and get an estimate. Here's why:…read more1. I moved to the North Country about six months ago and did not have any "connections" that I could tap into to get a small overhead door installed on a shed. Riley came to my house to look at the shed and gave me a very competitive estimate. 2. There were some modifications that needed to be made to the opening to accommodate the door installation. I was not equipped to do the modifications and thought it would be a deal breaker. Riley said "no problem" I will do them for you, just have a couple of 2x4s on hand. 3. He came on Saturday (just two weeks after I ordered the door) to install the door. I work full time and could not be present during the work week. 4. Riley is a local small business owner AND a US Army Veteran. I like to support small businesses and veterans where I can. Riley made this very easy to do with his pricing and customer service. Give him a call for a quote. You won't be disappointed!
