The technician confirmed that the unit was never installed properly in the first place. We had him fix it, which incurred additional costs we could have lived without having to pay.

Company came to settle things later and gave me full refund. I had updated review to 3 stars because of the refund inspike of my negative experiences due to delay and negative affect it had on my family over summer.
