My garage doors top panel broke due to the opener not reversing when it came down on a bike. I contacted Champlain door, and coordinated with them sending pictures etc, and they quickly came up with a quote to replace the top panel, in a matching color, and fix the connection to the opener, as well as tune and adjust. I paid a deposit, scheduled an appointment and then on that day the service tech came out and quickly replaced the panel and tuned and adjusted the whole thing.
