My garage doors top panel broke due to the opener not reversing when it came down on a bike. I contacted Champlain door, and coordinated with them sending pictures etc, and they quickly came up with a quote to replace the top panel, in a matching color, and fix the connection to the opener, as well as tune and adjust. I paid a deposit, scheduled an appointment and then on that day the service tech came out and quickly replaced the panel and tuned and adjusted the whole thing. They were professional, timely and did exactly what they promised. The process was easy, and not nearly as costly as I'd feared! I highly recommend Champlain Door company! read more

My garage door opener stopped working and since the door itself was a little old and saggy we decided to just replace everything. Champlain Door was on our list of places to call but we happened to be in the general area and decided to just stop in. The help we received was terrific, options were given to us and we made a decision on the spot and arranged for the installation. The price seemed very reasonable to us and the new door arrived when it was scheduled and works perfectly. We couldn't be happier with both the new door and opener as well as the friendly service we received. We would definitely recommend them. read more

We needed to replace two 30 year old 10x7 wood doors. Our first thought was to keep the business as local as possible, so we chose Champlain door. Rich was the best when it came explaining all the options available. I pretty much made up my mind in the first visit. The installation was done by Tim, and I could tell in the first 15 minutes this wasn't his first install. Both doors went up without a hitch. GREAT JOB TIM. The price quoted was the price we paid which included hauling away the old doors. We couldn't be any more satisfied with Champlain Door. Would highly recommend them. read more

We had another great experience with Champlain. We got 2 doors for a garage and are very satisfied with the quality of the product and everything from the initial contact all the way thru the installation. They were great to deal with. Phil handled the ordering and did a fantastic job. He was very friendly, responsive, and flexible when we needed to move the installation around. The installers were pros. They got there on time and installed the doors quickly but well. They were also friendly and did a neat and clean install. We highly recommend them! read more

Working with this company was a great experience! Rich was extremely responsive during the quoting process and was very competitive and offered lots of options. In the end, I bought three top end overhead doors from Garaga through them. I paid for them up front and they held them for a number of months for me, before I had the buildings ready for installation. The installation technician was awesome, very friendly and did a great job. I could not be anymore satisfied! read more

I had an excellent experience with Champlain Door. They were prompt in coming over to see my damaged door, preparing the estimate and in scheduling the work for just a few days later. The installer was very pleasant and Phil and his office staff have been very helpful and responsive. Had I known how easy all this would be I would have gotten a nice new garage door set up long ago. Great company to work with. From service to sales. My garage door spring broke on a Sunday. Tech was at my house the following Monday before 8:00 am and fixed it. I just replaced both doors with new and because of previous service I called Phil. Once again the service was excellent. Donald the tech went over and above dealing with some unforeseen issues. The professionalism and positive demeanor that everyone I interacted with displayed was amazing. To include the initial phone call, the person who came out to give me a quote, the installers, any and all emails and phone calls throughout the process were a positive experience. I love my new garage doors and I feel the timeline was very reasonable especially with consideration to COVID. read more

Champlain Door Company came through again. Over ten years ago we purchased our first garage door system from them and they worked wonderfully. This year we backed into one of them and couldn't use it. We called and they answered the phone, came out to look in one day and replaced the door the next week. Great service and top notch work. We highly recommend Champlain Door Company. read more

I've been meaning to write this for a while. In October we ordered our doors after shopping around online. The prices were reasonable and Phil was prompt and communicative. The installer came a little early and did a great job installing the doors, which are beautiful. They look even better in person. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Champlain Door Company. read more
