The estimate given by Juan was significantly lower than any other companies, and he had 2 guys here by 8:30 am on Wednesday morning, by 8pm Thursday night the old boiler and all of the plumbing and wiring was gone, and a brand new, state of the art boiler was in place, AND we had heat in all 4 zones with unlimited hot water as well. The dedication of these men, and the quality of their work was amazing, as well as the professionalism shown to my family. I simply cannot say enough good things about this company.

Here is my experience with this company. I asked them to install a propane heater in my home. The…read moreheater they installed was unvented which as the instruction manual stated, is unsafe to be left unattended in a sleeping space which is where it was installed. Now, I will take some of the blame here as I could have researched the heater they planned to install before they did it. However I believed I could trust their professional recommendation to be safe for use which it was not. They told me in order to replace the heater I would need to order one myself and they would replace it for me. I did so, at additional cost. The new heater smelled like gas immediately after installation. I texted them to ask if they had checked for gas leaks and received no response. About a month later, the heater stopped working and the whole house smelled like gas. I asked again about fixing it and was told it was not under warranty and they could take a look but would bill me more for it. Since I had lost confidence in them I said no. If you already know a lot about heaters including which one you need and how to maintain it they may be able to install it for you, but if you aren't already an expert I would look elsewhere.

He took advantage of the elderly, very old people who live very frugally. He charged them 475 to hook up a hot water heater that was already hooked up it was just leaking. He used all their parts . He quoted 150 plus parts. then on top of it all he stole their drill. Please save yourself and do not hire this man. He is a horrible unpleasant person, not even a real plumber and he did the choppiest job. It looks all rigged up. I'm telling you do not go here. Unfortunately some copper pipe segments from the previous water heater were .misplaced. as a previously installed then removed water heater had a check valve that "Didn't go to anything" despite the copper pieces were sitting within the water heater compartment. Hence it's not a big deal as they were 2 small and insignificant pieces. We didn't appreciate the gesture though. Please be sure to have scrap copper pipes that originated at the worksite to remain at the worksite in the future. We assume it was a simple mistake. Beyond that the work was well done, organized, and quick.
