I have never had a shawarma before but I can't believe how good it was! It was off the chart in terms of taste and flavor. Every bite was unbelievable. Taste wise I am blown away. I got a chicken shawarma combo. It came with very crispy delicious fries that were seasoned to perfection. This place is a gem. It is very small so you can't really dine in. This is definitely a perfect place for take out. I cant speak on whether the shawarma I just had is traditional. What I can say is it will be a memorable experience! read more

He toasted the shawarma's a little more. At the end of it, that was a the shawarma the reviewers were boasting of. Fantastic taste, so much better than anything I've tried here in London before. It's a take out only pretty much. No issues there. 2nd. prices are consistent with some of the other shawarma chains. So relatively the same. Stopped in here for lunch yesterday and I'm so glad that I did because I have now found my go to local shawarma and falafel place! I ordered and chicken shawarma with everything on it, pickles, turnips, onions, garlic sauce and the works! It only cost $4.50, and everything on the menu is very reasonably priced and not to mention it tasted amazingly good. All the ingredients looked and tasted very fresh as well. The service is very fast and friendly although the "restaurant" only has a small seating area by the window which lends itself to more of a take out crowd. But if you can get over that and love middle eastern food, be sure to check out Dooly's! You'll be glad you did. read more

Something about local foods are always better than chains! They tend to put more time and effort into their food. I've only had their shawarmas, but they are always delicious and well worth it for the price and portion. The staff are always nice and friendly. It's a small place with very limited seating and cramped in between both sides of Talize thrift store, but it's a gem. read more

Messed up our order. Called them and they refused to fix it and send out what they messed up. Instead told us he didn't want to pay the driver to come back out. Then he hung up on us. I called back several times and they wouldn't answer. If you order three things and pay for three things you should get three things... but according to this business they don't care what you order nor do they care about customer service or satisfaction. Instead they were fine stealing money from me. Good job, also every drink we ordered was warm... which I'm assuming at this point is totally okay with them... because they obviously don't care. read more

I live nearby and love shawarma -chicken & rice- so I was hoping to frequent this place. After a couple of visits, I won't be back. The chicken is awful. Maybe it depends on timing...maybe I was unlucky and both times I went it hadn't been freshly cut & had been sitting out and re-heated. I don't know. But the pieces were small and dry and about a third of it was completely hard. It was almost inedible. Hit and miss with the people who work there, too. Some are very unfriendly. Fantastic hole-in-the-wall place! Great chicken and beef shawarma, all the fresh toppings, generous portion sizes for cheap prices (full meal with sides is only $8.99). Nowhere to eat in so it's basically a takeout only place. Staff has always been friendly and upbeat when I grab dinner on the way home. Highly recommended! read more

Went to this place based on the yelp reviews. Huge disappointment. A Shawarma should be slow cooked on a vertical spit. The beef shawarma i ordered came out of the fridge as raw,seasoned meat in a bag that was quickly stir fried on the grill. Unfortunately i had paid for my meal already. I used to love getting shawarmas from this place, until today. I placed an order for delivery, they had told me it would be 20 mins. An hour went by and I still didn't have my food so I call and question what is going on. The lady on the phone tried telling me that they had tried to deliver the food but someone said they didn't order food from them. After telling them numerous of times that I am still waiting for my food and no one has come to my door, I asked if they could deliver again which she said no and HUNG up on me!! I furiously tried calling back and they ignored my calls and they would answer and immediately hang up!! Worst experience and worst customer service. I will be sure to be passing this message to everyone I know. I am beyond disgusted that a business would treat someone like that. I'm always a fan of places that give the option of either rice or fries with their shawarma (which most places do) and this place is no exception. Chicken was juicy and tender even though I went half an hour before closing. The place itself is very small so it's ideal for takeout.
