I recognized what they quoted was definitely low and in fairness, I decided to continue and pay them what was the more appropriate amount. 2. They several times showed up without warning or not enough warning, and a few times went in my backyard without permission. Thankfully, my dogs were not outside at those times. 3. THEY SHOWED UP AT 9:30pm ON A FRIDAY NIGHT WITHOUT WARNING AND WENT INTO MY BACKYARD. Here's the thing - the owner Karen, didn't seem to care or think it was a big deal. Karen even told me "it's easier to pick up poop at night with flashlights". When I called this morning to discuss the matter, she really didn't care at all. Didn't even let me speak more than a few words.

Doody Calls services my neighborhood's dog poop station in Canterbury Trails. They have not been…read moredoing a great job. Our dog poop bags have not been refilled or over a month now. For at least a week after Thanksgiving, our poop trash can was overflowing with poop that hadn't been picked up in over two weeks. Given that we only have 3 dog stations, with 1 main one at our local HOA park that most folks use, we need more frequent dog poop bag refills and the poop trash cans changed more frequently for a neighborhood with a lot of dogs. I've even called in to ask for bag refills and the poop trash can to be changed, but still no new rolls. I do not recommend this company.

We had been using their service for about 4 years give or take. Their process of how they do…read morethings seemed to change without warning. For years they would text me they were on their way. If there was an issue, I would respond. All of the sudden they began calling, if I didn't respond or answer the call they would not show up. The call isn't coming from doodycalls either. It is some random non Austin number attached to a name I have never heard of. I'm not in the habit of answering those types of calls. This was some sort of new policy for people who have dog doors. Unfortunately I do not have dog doors and have never had dog doors in the history of our service. I have probably logged into that portal two times, so whoever plugged the info in must have said I have dog doors? They said they have had issues with dogs attacking them, not necessarily my dogs, but other dogs and this was their new way of doing things and if I don't have dog doors I need to make the changes myself. So I missed their called being at the ER, and they skipped my house. I called the office to see clarification and they said they don't have this policy and a manager would call me. No one called. None of us were home at the time and no one was in the yard, and per the camera the person never even walked up to my house. We went back and forth on text, the service was ok when we had it. Frankly though, I can not respond immediately or answer a call from them every single week to get my lawn serviced. It was also difficult to skip service when I was out of town, no one answers emails. I called and canceled my service, never heard anything back. I guess it is canceled? I just deleted my card from my file. We have someone new coming today, less expensive and leaves dog treats. Just a way different experience. They always text when they come and text when they leave with a pic of your gate. Also less expensive. There are a bunch of companies with these services now. You don't have to stick to the same one.
