I really was overdue for a lawn clean-up and wasn't able to do it myself, then I remembered seeing…read morean ad for Johnson Lawn Doodie Pet Waste Removal; I went searching for it, found it, and sent a message. They got back to me and could do same-day service later that morning. Slightly more than I would have liked to have paid, but the service and punctuality were well worth it in the day and age of people who don't even show up. I would 10, out of 10, use Johnson's Lawn Doodie again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

I recognized what they quoted was definitely low and in fairness, I decided to continue and pay them what was the more appropriate amount. 2. They several times showed up without warning or not enough warning, and a few times went in my backyard without permission. Thankfully, my dogs were not outside at those times. 3. THEY SHOWED UP AT 9:30pm ON A FRIDAY NIGHT WITHOUT WARNING AND WENT INTO MY BACKYARD. Here's the thing - the owner Karen, didn't seem to care or think it was a big deal. Karen even told me "it's easier to pick up poop at night with flashlights". When I called this morning to discuss the matter, she really didn't care at all. Didn't even let me speak more than a few words.

Before they arrive, they text me to ask if the dog is secured in the house. It's such an easy service. I'm very thankful for it. Oh and their first pickup is free! You can also cancel anytime. You're not tied down to a contract. They also have an option to take the poop away with them which is an extra $1. Would definitely recommend for lazy asses like me who forget to pick up poop before trash day.

Exceptional Service and Unbeatable Value!…read more We recently hosted two dogs for a full week and, after they went home, decided to treat ourselves to a professional yard clean-up instead of tackling the 'dirty deed' ourselves. We found Fresh Start - Pet Waste Removal and were completely blown away by their service and pricing. Although their website didn't have a specific option for a one-time service, their customer support was quick to respond and confirmed they happily accommodate single-service jobs. Their quote was incredibly competitive--significantly more reasonable than the prices quoted by other services in our area. We felt we were getting the best value right away. The service itself was flawless. They provided us with a service window of 8 am to 12 pm and arrived promptly just before 8 am! The technician was highly professional and worked with incredible speed; they were done in about 10 minutes! Our yard is now completely clean and pristine. We couldn't be happier with the results. If you are looking for responsive customer service, amazing value, and super-fast, professional pet waste removal (especially for a onetime cleanup!), we absolutely recommend Fresh Start.

For at least a week after Thanksgiving, our poop trash can was overflowing with poop that hadn't been picked up in over two weeks. Given that we only have 3 dog stations, with 1 main one at our local HOA park that most folks use, we need more frequent dog poop bag refills and the poop trash cans changed more frequently for a neighborhood with a lot of dogs. I've even called in to ask for bag refills and the poop trash can to be changed, but still no new rolls. I do not recommend this company.
