There he talked with the coordinator of the stadium, to talk about lighting and how the "fake tour" would go and what his job would be. He was very friendly and hospitable with everything. He knew how to keep a secret and blend in as a second family going on the tour. The photos came out very good! With high resolution and low resolutions. He even took the time to mail me back my flash drive with all my photos on it and sent me a Google drive with them all! I totally would recommend this photographer because of the quality of work and the hospitality. His wife even took some videos with her phone and will also take time to edit that as well and put it all together for me! Thank you Dean!

Sold in a Snap came to my house to take pictures my realtor wanted to post on MLS listing…read more Unfortunately, they sent a trainee, and it was quite obvious that they did not know how to correctly take photographs, had no training in photography, or which lens to use (she used a 35mm & not a wide angle). The images imo were not by a professional photographer: they took multiple pictures of the practically the same view. Great shot of our washer and dryer, but not the laundry room. A direct shot of our dining table, instead of standing to the side in order to see the dining room in its entirety. Great shot of a floor lamp at the entrance of one bedroom, instead of standing in another corner in order for the whole bedroom to be in the picture. It appears nobody with professional photography experience critiqued this trainee's work Before sending it on to my realtor. They were going to charge extra in order to come out for a re-shoot. Don't waste your $$ unless you know & have experience with specific photographers from Sold in a Snap. Do not accept the trainee until they have gone to multiple photography courses & have received honest feedback on their work. For some reason, nobody had the guts to speak up to trainee About this particular shoot.

Her portrait packages seem to be a better rate than other local photographers AND she will allow you to have all digital images in that same fee. We had a great first experience with her and booked a 2 session package. The reason for the 3 stars is that booking the second session has been really really difficult. She is some what slow to respond to emails to a point that I would suggest a date and not hear back until it was too late for my husband and I to request time off of work. She will not do weekend or evening sessions as she is currently remodeling her home so she reserves that time for weekend projects. Which is fine...except that literally it has been 9 months and we were supposed to have our session between 4-6 months. She has not tried to reach out to me again at this point. I have another friend who had a some what similar experience.
