He kept messing up, my son's ears were bleeding, and the piercings are noticeably uneven. The whole process felt unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful. There was no confidence or care in what he was doing, and I left feeling upset that I trusted this shop with something so basic. Ear piercings should be precise, clean, and handled with care. Unfortunately, this was the opposite. I would not recommend this shop for piercings.

I got 7 piercings that day and have been pierced about 12 times previously. I got cheek piercings which i was super excited about but they brought me a lot of pain and suffering after because of the quality of metal used in the initial piercing. Stainless steel as an initial piercing jewelry doesn't seem like the best option especially for an oral piercing, as well as i have used stainless steel options before so I presume the jewelry at this location is of lower quality and contains more nickel since it gave me a horrible case of contact dermatitis on my face. I also experienced discoloration on a navel piercing with a bluish/green/purple colour under the skin, i presume from the same metal. Again I have been pierced many times before and have used stainless steel so my best guess is the source for jewelry at this piercing location may need to be checked. Stephanie was my piercer and she was kind and patient, I went on probably one of their busiest days and they were prompt with service and handled everything well. I was pierced with a 16g for dimple piercings, which i've learned is also considered too small for initial piercings on cheeks which may have contributed to the heightened discomfort and irritation. I do think better consideration and mindfulness when piercing bodies should be taken as well as I asked for 7 piercings and i received them happily, although i was advised by many piercers that doing so many piercings in one sitting is not advisable and can put the body at higher risk. Since i have a higher pain tolerance i didnt know the risks going in but a reputable piercer should definitely advise and caution clients on such procedures which i was not informed on. I included two photos of when i first got the piercings and then how badly the allergy developed before i changed jewelry because I couldnt figure out what was wrong and i sadly wasnt able to get more professional help for the piercings due to life demands. I just wanted to include the review in case someone else has a nickel allergy or sensitive body and can benefit from the heads up.
