I hired Chloe for my daughters second birthday party this weekend and I am extremely happy with my decision to do so. She was absolutely amazing with the children and is so patient and kind. We had Chloe for two hours and she was able to use that time to paint the faces of children and a few adults as well as make balloon characters for them.
