Donut O'Clock is now open at the Skyline Mall in Merrimack. This donut and coffee cafe serves up a variety of signature donuts (14), bagels, stuffed buns, bagel sandwiches, coffee/espresso drinks, tea drinks, and iced lemonades. They were operating out of a shared kitchen next door to Ricochet in Derry and selling their treats at events in the Boston area. I stopped by Donut O'Clock in Merrimack for an afternoon snack. They were pretty much cleaned out of donuts and limited to their beverages, bagels, and stuffed buns. I got a Pepperoni & Cheese Stuffed Bun ($4.25 plus tax) which was warmed up. This bun was served hot in a soft light chewy bun coated with poppyseeds and filled with slices of greasy Pepperoni & melted cheese. The coffee and donuts here are VERY good, we really liked the caramel apple and blueberry cheesecake donuts. We enjoyed the buns. I felt the bagels we received were not as soft inside as I expect for fresh bagels, but this may just be due to a different recipe. The egg they use on the bagel sandwiches is more of a omelette egg patty with breakfast sausage seasoning which is just not my preference. Unfortunately when ordering from Doordash, 2 items I received were wrong, so I am deducting a star for that. read more

Donut O'Clock opened last week and my husband and I decided to try them this morning. I'm not sure if they weren't prepared for the amount of clients they are getting or if they are just unprepared for a Saturday morning rush but it was definitely a frazzled environment. When we ordered we ordered based on what we saw in the case available, however, while waiting for our order we were informed one of our choice was now sold out and we were offered a replacement. While we accepted the replacement I was extremely disappointed as the Mango Jelly (which we had ordered) was 1/2 the reason I wanted to try here. As for the donuts themselves the flavors are next level! The donut itself is a brioche style which makes it a bit of a chewy dough and not something I enjoy but my husband liked it. We will probably wait a few weeks and give them another try but for now I'd say they are ok, not the best but not the worst. read more

Wanted to try this new place. Ordered ham, egg, and cheese on a croissant. Asked for it to be toasted and got slightly charred instead. If you wouldn't eat it, why pass it off on a customer? The lemon raspberry donut was very lack luster in flavor and the lemon glaze on top was runny and very messy. I'll skip this place and return to Heav'nly Donuts down the street because this place was not it. read more

If you are looking for a delicious freshly made breakfast when you are on the go, look no further! I was sick of inconsistent coffee and cheap breakfast chains, and had heard about this place from a few friends and they did not disappoint! Staff was beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and quick! I ordered a BLT and a cold brew for myself and grabbed some donuts for work, and everyone loved them! The BLT was fresh, and stuffed with bacon lettuce and tomato. It was very filling. Well worth the price. I can't wait to try the other breakfast items, there are so many to choose from! Cold brew was nice and smooth. I loved the selection of flavors they offer as well. Wow. Great service, there was some question as to the inherent sweetness of the mocha. I was asked to taste it before I left to make sure it was as I liked. When has DD ever done that for you? Seemed a little disorganized but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they are newer. Donuts are yeast but the texture is horrible. Almost rubbery... fillings and glaze also have an odd texture and are too loose. Overall a very sticky and slimy donut. All of the donuts I had were extremely artificial tasting. Convenient location, excellent service, delicious and broad array of breakfast food and drinks!

Popped in to grab a bagel breakfast sandwich which was tasty and fresh as I could see them making it while I waited. Also grabbed a Nutella donut which although a bit chewy (like other reviewers commented on) it was delicious. Both items were good and cost a total of $11. I will be back to try other flavors and some coffee in the future. Word has it they have some great coffee. read more
