It was back ordered a few times I tried to order it directly online from them so they referred me to check with Dickson BBQ who are located in Toronto. I haven't physically been in their store but looks like they have everything from A-Z concerning bbq/smoking with fair prices paired with fair shipping charges. I ordered the rub and also a butcher paper roll which for the latter I was having a real hard time getting my hands on from either Traeger or their distributor here in Laval, Qc. This place now has a special place in my bbq/smoking book because of their wide brand selection and Canada exclusive Meat Church products. It's really worth checking out their site if you need to expand your horizon in this domain. Above all, what makes them special in my books is their superb customer service. Communication is much easier by email than phone and I was just wowed when they replied to my emails in a short period of time and sometimes late at night. I haven't seen this often elsewhere but just to show you their commitment on answering your emails the same day. Amazing customer service and great stock. Good job folks. Keep it up!! :)

They kept making excuses saying they couldn't make it out. I tried to hurry them so it would be covered. After 8 months they finally agreed to repair the fireplace but it was no longer under warranty. I had to pay $140 for the part and another $140 for 1 hour of labour. It should've been free if they had responded on time. Now after 3 months of use this new blower is making a lot of noise again. Money wasted.

Ever since I got my smoker over 2 years ago Dickson's has been my go-to for barbecue supplies…read morewhether it be charcoal, wood or other accessories. As I write this we are still dealing with the covid-19 pandemic, and as a result non-essential stores are forced to take other measures to service their customers such as online ordering and delivering via a third-party delivery service. Approximately two weeks ago I placed an order for some items which, to this date had not been delivered. Absolutely not the fault of Dickson's BBQ Center. After several Communications with the delivery company both on my part and on Dickson's part, they personally made sure that not only did I get what I ordered but I got a little more because of the inconvenience caused, and the items are now in my possession. These guys are doing a tremendous job under extremely difficult circumstances and at the very least they deserve a glowing review. Their customer service really is second to none. Great job, all of you!

Great selection, and when they didn't have what I wanted they brought it in for me. You can buy the same equipment at other stores, but this place will make sure you are happy with what you buy, and will take good care of you afterwards. Whenever I am asked about where to buy a barbecue (and I am asked a lot), this is where I send people.

I was told that they could not help me without the exact year & model or serial number; that the parts change every 3-4 years and they would need the exact model. We had bought it second hand, so idea of the year, but certainly less than 7 or 8 years old, but the plate with the serial number was no longer on the BBQ. My husband then went in WITH the part, and after some discussion (again, saying they couldn't help without the model/serial number) they looked up the part number and found it at another location. They took his name and number and told him they would contact him when the part arrived in a day or so. After about 4 days, he called to see if it had arrived. They had no record of him, his contact number, or the part being ordered from the other store. In fact, the sales associate said, "Well, that's not how we do things here". The sales associate was entirely unhelpful and somewhat condescending. No apologies, no offer to make it right. So, after two trips to the store, and zero follow through on their part, I looked up the part on Amazon. Found that this was a UNIVERSAL part, which fits ALL 300 series Weber BBQs built in the last 13 YEARS. Ordered, and it arrived the next day.

In the 2 hours it took to get a tow truck, they had called the police and ticketed my car. They literally would have had to call the police to come to their location to do this as the store was already closed. What a bunch of sour pusses.
