They had to replace all of the LVP due to warping, which I was pleasantly surprised they offered to do at no charge. Still had install issues (someone forgot to take out an old screw from the concrete and it was causing warping also) but they fixed that as well. Some problems but they took care of everything, which I'd normally give a 4 star review for however, I'm subtracting a star due to their terrible and very poorly managed scheduling department. This is how scheduling works: You call in to make an appointment, it's always voicemail. 100% of the time no matter what. A message that says "we're very busy" plays. They call you back the same day if you call before 1pm and the next day if after 1pm (though this is not always followed). If you miss their return call, which most people due because we're all adults and have jobs, they leave you a voicemail and then you have to do that over and over and over and over again until you happen to be sitting by your phone with the ringer turned on when they call. This is the dumbest system I've ever encountered and there is no possible way a flooring company could always be so busy that they can NEVER answer the phone. I mean, I can even get through to DMV before this place. It's very frustrating especially when you've already paid for a service. Four stars for install and repair. Two stars for scheduling. Three overall.

I am so happy with the results of both projects! I'm attaching before and after pictures so you can see what I consider an almost magical transformation with the vinyl tile. They provided our personal information to the installer we found. The Floor Store salesman is either petty or is ignorant of law.

I called in the afternoon stressed out, sent photos over text, and Jonathan patiently worked with me to identify the exact match to our existing floors. By the very next morning, he had already confirmed the match, sourced it, and had everything ready for pickup that same morning. The turnaround time and customer service were honestly incredible. Thank God Jonathan was so patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. He truly went above and beyond to source the flooring ASAP and saved our project timeline. Bobs installed plank flooring using a discontinued product that was discontinued for a reason…read more After the installer rushed through the job, leaving junk under the new flooring, the whole floor puckered up. Bobs came back and pulled the whole floor up and glued it down...though it was supposed to be a floating flooring. A couple of months later the flooring puckered up again and Bobs would not come back and fix it. Now, I have a $7800 floor that looks bad in multiple spots. I thought i would patronize a local business, and boy did i get burned. I don't recommend Bobs discount carpeting in Grass Valley. Bob turned out to be a real jerk.

During our consultation we looked at different samples of flooring. We were educated on the differences between the types of flooring we were interested in which were, hardwood, luxury vinyl and carpeting. After learning about the differences in flooring, we narrowed our decision down to carpet and luxury vinyl. We received the quotes for both carpeting & luxury vinyl fairly quick. They were both reasonably priced which we were very happy with and we decided on the luxury vinyl. We originally were going to go with a pattern that had some grey hues to it but did some research online and found a deeper color vinyl that we fell in love with. We called David and asked if he had that specific tile available. He didn't have it in stock so he ordered it for us!!!! We were very happy that he was able to accommodate our request. David arrived on time the day of installation. The rest is history. We will be using Sierra Carpet to change the flooring in our remaining rooms, hallway and staircase. We bought our home 4 years ago now and were ready for a change. The carpet we had was 9 years old. Now we have the most beautiful flooring in our living area.
