After getting her car towed to Amarillo and attempting to get it repaired on Sunday to no avail, I turned to Yelp for help. I found a shop with great reviews for helping stranded travelers, especially on weekends. I fired off a message and accidentally turned it into a project which added Bryan's Auto and Body to my message. And it's a good thing because Bryan was the only response I ever got. He said they could definitely get it looked at, but it would be Monday. It didn't take long to see this was as good as it was gonna get. But it got better when, not only were they able to get it looked at on Monday, but were able to get the alternator and flywheel replaced on Monday. Melissa and Bryan were tremendously helpful. I drove up to Amarillo to get my daughter back to Albuquerque and was working with them through Yelp messages, emails and phone calls. I have a great mechanic in DFW that took me years to luck into, but managed to find the same level of service through Yelp in a faraway city through apps and phone calls when I didn't have a clue where to go. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and my passenger side door wouldn't open without scraping the front fender and sometimes it wouldn't open at all. I had no idea how or where to even begin to get this fixed. I was recommended this business and showed up to get an estimate. Google said they closes at 5:30 but the door said 5. I was there at 4:50. Expecting to be asked to return at a different date they gladly let me show them the problem and they proceeded to fix it, rather quickly. Above and beyond kindness and customer service is what I received at the end of a long work day and if that is the indicator of some quality folks and a quality business. I hope I don't need them but if I do I know where to go because they have more than earned my trust and any future business I may have.

Therefore, I also did not chose to have it repaired instead of replaced. That makes no sense as the quote was for the repairs however they are to be done. Of course I would want the top to be replaced if necessary. It also was Never explained to me that without replacement it would not look new - conversation absolutely NEVER happened. Yes, minor scratches that Collision Center caused were buffed out. The major deep scratches on my door that CC caused were not buffed out because the shop scratched too deep. It was Collision Center choice to not replace the roof of my car and Collision Center choice to not repair the damage to my door that occurred at their shop.
