On June…read more5,2026 a technician from Mr Appliances (Chris) came out to service my Samsung Refrigerator . I was having trouble with the freezer . It was cooling but not freezing I told him it was the sensor his reply to me was I have been working on appliances for 25 plus years and it's not the sensor. . Chris said I needed a control board which would be $645 which would have to be paid in advance . I had allready paid in advance $145 for them to come and do a service call. Total of $790 was paid to Mr Appliances. On June 9, Chris came back out with the control board . After putting it on Chris had told us to wait 24 hours for it to start freezing . After 24 hours I noticed it was not freezing . I tested it by putting pizza in the freezer thinking maybe it needs more time .I called Mr Appliances back and explain after the control board was put on my freezer is still not working. Chris came back out on Friday June 12, 2026 and said it's the compressor and it would be $645 I told him I would have to discuss with my wife . On Friday June 12,2026 she called Mr Appliances asking to speak to the owner receptionist took down my number and said she would have him call since that is how he responds to customers On Wednesday June 17, 2026 she called Mr Appliances once again receptionist said she will have him call. I doubt if he will call back . I did call the BBB but unfortunately they are not registered but I was still able to make a review for future customers to see. With all that is said I would not I mean not recommend this company if you're needing repairs. You will just be giving away free money. I wished I would've read all the reviews that was on here before mine but I guess we live and learn.

They always wipe their feet before coming into my home- important to me! and always clean up when they are done. Recently our 22 year old a/c needed to be replaced. We obtained several bids and Triple T was comparable with other companies. We replaced the A/C in the spring/ thank God not the summer!- It too a while for the unit to be delivered to their shop. When it came in they inspected it before bringing it out and noticed that the front panel was dented so they sent it back. I don't know any other company that would be that particular about a dent on a panel that is only visible when you change the filter. Gives me confidence that they care about the parts they use for your home and the amount of detail and pride they take in their work. When the new one came in the team came out and had the old one out and the new one in the same day.
