They responded quickly which was great and appreciated…read more I wanted my shocks and struts to be replaced, and I independently purchased them because I wanted a warranty on my parts . However the response was that they don't install parts purchased from the customer . I had a follow up with a question which was why don't they install parts pre purchased - because I'd like to have a warranty on my parts . The response was "we don't provide warranty " , which I knew they wouldn't provide warranty on my parts since I pre purchased my part with its own warranty and they didn't answer if they do provide warranty on their own parts and labor . My main question was why don't they install pre purchased parts and I was hoping they gave me another option alternative option. It was a missed opportunity was they didn't give me another option for the service, such as offering me warranty on parts and labor if I used their service/business . Maybe even educating me as a future client as to the why their business doesn't do that . Overall the response was quick but my question wasn't answered . They do offer the service but didn't really offer anything after I said I had pre purchased a part . Thanks anyways for the quick response!

To cut down on cost we ordered the parts and was willing to pay for labor cost. The prices we got, some was saying "stick em up " others were reasonable. Moving to yesterday I reached out to 5 more mechanics from Google read the reviews and dialed (also text) nothing responses. Something told me let's try yelp especially since I'm an elite helper why not. We came across Mike, within minutes we got a reply and an amazing price. He came same day took out the old Compressor and installed the new one. The work was very professional and very honest person. He is definitely knowledgeable of what he is doing and what is needed. He gained a new customer and we're scheduling our next thing needed for our vehicle. He is what the world is missing an honest mechanic that is for the people not robbing the people. Kudos Mike's mobile Mechanics.

If appointments for oil changes aren't truly scheduled, that should be communicated before customers arrive. After receiving my diagnosis, I decided to do one repair, and they fixed my car right up. And Mike informed me of things to be aware of. Great customer service! My only gripe and it's such a pet peeve of mine when going to Independent Shops, is the lack of grounds-keeping. Immediately after leaving the shop I hear the dreaded sound of a nail in my tire, and immediately became so frustrated that I was ready to forget the incredible service up until then. The lack of professionalism to leave loose nails around is a killer, and you definitely wouldn't run into that problem when at a BMW dealership. When oversight like this happens, it makes you wonder if other careless mistakes are made when working on the vehicle. I'm not saying that is the case, but you can't help but wonder.
