Upon a recommendation from a friend, my husband and I hired Jonathan and his crew to:…read more- repair woodpecker siding damage on our chimney and exterior - replace exterior lighting - install new light fixtures in remodeled rooms - paint the exterior and trim of our house - scape popcorn ceilings in our large entry way, great room and bedrooms - resurface celings and paint them after scraping - paint bedrooms and quite tall great room We honestly couldn't have been happier with the results. They were very flexible with us when we paint change as well as while we were doing our own construction projects, the crew cleaned up each night (better than any contractor I've ever worked with), they installed all our new light fixtures to complete the remodel (because lord knows installing those things are the WORSE) and overall, Jonathan and his team were always very fair and professional. Would hire them again in a second and have already recommended them to friends looking to have general construction projects and painting projects completed.

Not only was Jon quick to…read morerespond to my request, but ensure that communication was fluid through the entire process of our project, including arrival times and times when the power would need to be off (which was great because we work from home.) John was extremely knowledgeable and dove in immediately to assess and diagnose our challenges. He answered all of our questions and brought a great energy with him in addition! He was able to help us troubleshoot the issues we had in getting electricity to our shed, install our Tesla wall charger using an existing outlet pre-wired for the load and capacity, and all without giving us the run around. We are straight forward people and appreciate a straight forward service. We learned a lot from Jon and are so very grateful for his willingness to educate us while helping us out. We feel his pricing was more than fair and reasonable, and feel the value he brought exceeded expectations! We also appreciate his personality and up beat attitude and great sense of humor!! We will definitely be calling John and his team again anytime we run into a more complicated electrical matter, and any other matters! His 30 years of experience (over 70+ between him and Mike) certainly shows! Thank you again!

He cleanly removed some of the baseboard so the shelves would be flush with the walls, added quarter round to the base, and caulked the edges for a seamless, built-in look that completely elevated the space. He also relocated our Nest thermostat to the opposite side of the wall. Benjamin has done a variety of other projects, too, including installing a storm door in our sunroom, repairing and replacing rotted wood, and replacing the interior door trim. We've been super pleased with all of it - he is detail oriented, diligent, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Benjamin!!

Do not hire this company! They're new, and have no real professional experience, and you're…read morebasically a guinea pig for their projects. I hired them to remove and replace baseboards and door trim through Home Depot's Pro service. They double-booked the day my project was supposed to start and instead of rescheduling (which I offered), they sent the owner's brother-in-law - who doesn't even work for the company - into my home. He caused damage, and the work was sloppy and incomplete. The workmanship was terrible: - Boards weren't nailed securely - Large gaps between baseboards and walls - No caulking at seams - Only some nail holes filled - Some corners are mitered, others aren't - they're just boards stuck together for an unfinished, inconsistent look - They skipped spray painting the boards (as outlined in the contract), left several unpainted, and only painted the front face of others. After several text messages with Adam around my disappointment with the incomplete and sloppy work, they did offer to come back and fix things (contract has a workmanship guarantee) - but at that point, NO THANK YOU. The trust was gone, and I wouldn't feel comfortable letting them back in my home. I will likely have to rip half of it out and hire someone else to redo it - leaving me out a significant amount of money, and they don't care. Adam takes an 'Adam first' approach vs. a customer first approach as advertised. The finished product looks like a rushed DIY job I could've done myself. Unprofessional from start to finish.

We were in no real hurry but they went ahead and scheduled when the person was by himself and did not speak English. The fixes were made to some of the other work as it was done right the first time and this team made it seem like we should be happy they gave us something for free for it..some bracket for the gutter. There were times when -and I do understand family things that come up-that communication and follow up were awful. Lucky for us my husband works from home and can flex his schedule. We chose this team because they presented the scope of work so much better than anyone else and not based on the cost of the service alone. Too bad you didn't live up to that.
