Donna's One of my favorite neighborhood bars in all of LA County. The manager, Erin, and her staff ('Rel, Lisa, Deb et al) provide great service to customers old and new. Strong inexpensive drinks (my Bombay Gin 'n Tonic is less than $9), sports on several screens, and occasional food make this a very pleasant way to spend an afternoon or evening. It's a sports bar, with lots of Dodgers and Lakers fans, Rams and Clippers too, even a few Raiders fans will come here for games. There's a regular who's a Niners fan - don't forget to ask him about the 2024 Super Bowl. $2 off shots for touchdowns & homeruns by the home team. Very diverse crowd, representative of Gardena. Several older customers during the day, then it skews much younger in the evening. There's a pool table, several dart boards, you can play keno and the lottery at the bar. They occasionally have a dj on weekends and a karaoke night during the week. Saturday and Sunday days are swell times to spend here. Customers occasionally bring food to share with everyone. The Saturday through Monday day bartenders (Lisa, Rel & Erin) are great to hang with. If you're a regular, they'll remember your drink as soon as you enter the bar. I came in tonight (Saturday) and at 1:26 we were asked for last drinks. She then said I had 10 mins to drink it.. I can't guzzle down my drink in 10 mins wth that felt really rush and unpleasant... I love coming during Lisa's shifts, she always has amazing customer service and is friendly to everyone I bring here. Donna's has the best women's restroom. My cousin told me their restroom was nice for a dive bar and I thought nothing of that comment until I went to use it and was transported to Hawaii! If you identify as a lady, you should check it out. There's no food and parking is around back but it's limited, but that shouldn't deter you from visiting. I've found parking on the street before. I'm not even a fan of bars and I don't even live close by but I love the vibe here and the music! The times I've been here (mostly Friday's) they play 90's/early 200's R&B/Hip-Hop and it's a fun time. Relly is my favorite but Lisa, Jade and Kai are all great bartenders and keep everything running smooth! The regulars are also really cool as well and this bar is really diverse which I think is another factor as to why it's a great spot. read more

4++ kind of a locals/dive bar, and I mean that in the best way possible. Good options for entertainment. Like the jukebox and dart boards. Decent selection of spirits and beer. The prices are great here and the service is very friendly. Oh and you also get free popcorn! I came here relatively early on a Friday night with some folks who grew up in the area. So it was really chill and I really like the vibe here. I was told it can get really busy later in the night. The drinks were reasonably priced and you get two dollars off shots when the Dodgers get a home run! Gotta love it. If you want the bar tenders to try to over charge you and then tip themselves then this is the place for you. Went in on a Tuesday night and a bunch of gang members were in there. At least 10 of them in all red. They also did not play my songs on the touch tunes that I paid for. This is a trashy bar with trashy service. Was charged automatic 20% gratuity without my permission. I had told my friend to pick a spot for some late night drinks and he picked this spot. At first, we rolled up and the entrance was in the back. I haven't been to a dive bar in a while and I loved the layout of this place. They had a good selection of both beers and cocktails they can make. The two girls behind the counter were super friendly but should also check on the people at the counter more. There pool and a juke box for a good time to hang out. We came here on a Wednesday night and there was some people but not a lot. I've been in the area all my life but never noticed this spot! Why is it that we were the only patrons you talk to about leaving and hurrying up to finish. You did not kick anyone out yet. If you started clearing the venue I can understand but you did not and not once but multiple times mention we needed to hurry up and finish before last call. That is some great customer service. Nice locals bar. One of my friends moved back to the south bay and asked me to meet him at Donna's. It so happened that I've been here many years ago and never realized. The staff is very friendly, food is served on certain week days, (but the popcorn machine is going everyday) the locals are friendly. I enjoy the idea of having multiple dart boards and a pool table to keep the customers occupied. Also the music is bumpin over the weekend. Each time meeting my friend we always end up at Donna's which is a perfect hang out spot. Parking: small lot in the back with about 10 spots. Street parking is available in surrounding areas. Became hip to this place through a former neighbor (RIP Eric S. , looked on Donna's IG page and just saw he passed away :( ) and fell in love with it. Definitely a local/south bayish neighborhood hangout which a locals are hip to. Age range from young to old so that's pretty cool. It's a divey bar consisting of a smoking area/parking lot in the back, one bathroom (clean, albeit), a pool table, a ghost kitchen, darts, tables for parties, a digital jukebox, a nice huge aquarium with exotic fish, and smoking hot bartenders. On any given night you could have a mix of a crowd and you wont know what that mix is. Regulars enter through the back. Newbies enter through the front. The music can vary depending on who is in there. Drinks are hit/miss if you do or dont know the bartenders. Like someone else said here, watch your tab lol. Ohhh and the food - is Pinoy/Island food. I love to come here and get the Lechon Kawali. Not your typical bar food at all. Loved it. Give it a try. read more

Bartender was very nice and she offered to stop my drinks (and i shouldve taken her suggestion) so I thought that was cool. Its dimly lit with pool table and music so its a place to go with friends not a date. Though I must say that its was about 95% men on a Sunday evening. Not sure if that is the usual crowd but thats what I seen when I went. Seems more of a guy hang out place then a mixed crowd and I must say the drinks for being a hole in the wall are expensive. I paid over 120.00 for 8 drinks and I did have grey goose but it's also still a dive place so to charge those prices I don't feel is good. I won't be going back, nothing makes me want to go back for a dive bar. read more

A friend told us that this is a hot import nights bar (https://hotimportnights.com/). This immediately started a passionate text chain amongst my friends. One of them is into the hot import nights crowd and was disappointed that this bar took so long to make it into our friend text group. Friends do not hold out on friends! I told him I will go with him and try to convince some of our other friends to go this past Friday night to celebrate a potential business deal that would be a big deal for him if consummated. Donna's did not disappoint. Although, in hindsight, I would not classify it as a hot import nights bar. It is a nondescript divey bar with a unique Filipino food menu! We order the fried pork belly, lumpia, sliders, and nachos. This is after having dinner earlier, but we could not pass it up. The worm in my stomach approves!
