I initially spoke with Flaco over the phone to arrange a dance appointment for my partner and I who were supposed to be married this June. He told me to Venmo him payment for the class ($125) so I did. The worst then happened -- I was suddenly hospitalized and given a Leukemia cancer diagnosis. I wish I was making this up, but when I emailed Flaco for a refund as it was impossible due to a medical emergency for me to attend, he told me I had until March 31, 2022 to use it. I cancelled on Feb. 11 for our Feb. 19, 2022 appointment, what I thought was plenty of notice. I never received ANYTHING verbally or written about their cancellation policy. Of course attending a dance class prior to March 31 was impossible for me because I have a long road ahead, I don't know what the future holds, and I also could just use the money  now that I'm facing a lot of medical bills. I then wrote back deciding to elaborate on my mentioned medical emergency and disclosed my Leukemia cancer diagnosis, sure that would be enough to receive a refund. I was shocked when he didn't reply to my email at all after I mentioned having leukemia, so I called him to discuss. I spoke to him briefly on the phone where he said he was still "debating this with his business partner," and proceeded to hang up on me when I asked him to do the right thing. All I want was a refund, but especially for him to do the RIGHT THING. I then receive an email (see images) where he mentions my "abrupt cancellation" (remember, I gave a week's notice and had NO idea there was a cancellation policy to begin with because Flaco never told me) and that his priority is his teachers. Please note that it was FLACO who was to be our dance instructor on Feb. 19, NOT one of his dance instructors. PLEASE have a heart, Flaco, and refund me for the class. It's beyond classless how you have treated another human being. Why is it so hard to do the right thing?

Classes are a little expensive, but I think it really helped. Staff is very friendly and you never feel judged. Also very flexible with scheduling classes. They do individual lessons, groups lessons, and Friday night dance parties. Think we learned a lot and we're much better prepared for our first dance!

I contacted Shannon twice before signing up my 4 year old for dance class because we wanted to try it but I predicted my daughter could change her mind. Shannon and Jordan assured me that if my daughter did not like it we would be refunded for whatever classes we did not attend. I have been trying for THREE months to get our money back. Greed runs this business and if either of my daughters ever want to dance, it will not be with this company. Go elsewhere.

Prior to coming to Edge my daughter had many years of technical ballet at a preprofessional school and the technique she is now learning in lyrical, modern, jazz, ballet and hip hop is unsurpassed. The instructors/choreographers are caring, professional and talented and my daughter's skills have blossomed. The owner takes a personal interest in all of her dancers and walking into the studio feels like coming home. We are involved in the competition team which has won numerous awards and traveling with the team is an incredible bonding experience in which she has had the opportunity to make life-long friends. I must comment on the previous review; I have been at Edge almost everyday for the past three years and know every dancer at the studio and have never met the author or known of the experiences she claims to have had. Frankly, I find her comments to be extremely insulting as they are the antithesis of every experience I have had at Edge.

I figured I would get a top facility amenities considering the big price change from 24 hour fitness. The women's restroom has always been a pigsty, dance hall is always full of dust bunnies, and no disinfectant wipes ever since I started coming. It wasn't till recently that a young lady named Shannon has changed around the women's restroom is always spot on and so it the dance hall.
