I came back to acupuncture after having a miscarriage to heal and hopefully get pregnant again in February of 2025. Christina talked me through everything - supplements, acupuncture cadence and benefits of cupping and infared sauna. I took the supplements as directed and came in 8x a month, with occasional adjustments to my membership. I will never forget joining in a sound bath at Vitality Wellness in the first month and laying underneath the wall of babies Christina helped bring to this world. I prayed I would have a little one of my own to join the wall. By June of 2025 I was pregnant! And came in regularly every month to be supported by acupuncture and cupping. I was a high risk pregnancy due to preexisting conditions but my little girl and I were completely healthy throughout the entire process. She was welcomed into the world in February of 2026 - exactly 1 year after I started my journey again back at Vitality Wellness. Postpartum I have felt amazing and continue to see Christina. I genuinely attribute the investment into my mental and physical well being was a huge factor in my successful and healthy pregnancy and birth. Thank you so much for all of your support, Christina. I'm so grateful my little one is officially on the wall of babies!

I had tried everything from strong medication, to chiropractic treatments, and strict dieting. I felt a sense of hopelessness in terms of managing my pain and even being able to function at work each day. I can confidently say that Dr. Seliga has changed my life. I came in the first time for a Gua Sha treatment for my back pain, and ended up making an appointment for acupuncture after she shared her knowledge with me about the benefits of acupuncture for so many things, including IBS. As someone who is scared of needles, I was extremely nervous about what acupuncture treatments would entail; however, Dr. Seliga is the only doctor I have ever met who makes you feel at ease and genuinely comfortable with her treatment plans. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in Chinese Medicine as well as in the medical field as a whole. She is incredibly compassionate, warmhearted, caring, gentle, and the BEST listener. Dr. Seliga always takes her time with her patients, ensuring that they feel heard, and takes time at the beginning of each appointment to check on your overall wellness! The cost of her treatments is remarkably affordable and fair, and Dr. Seliga's authentic goal is to help your body learn to work again! I can honestly say that she is doing that for me - I have been stomachache-free for more than a month now, which is something I never imagined myself saying before being under her care. I could not recommend Dr. Seliga and Healing Point Wellness Center more - a truly life-changing place!!!

This was my first time coming to this center and getting a full body massage. From the moment I stepped into the center, I immediately felt calm, soothed and welcomed. The entire center has an element theme. There's a room named air, fire, earth, wind and water. There's dimly lit lighting, the scent of incense in the air, crystals all around, and soothing music playing. My massage therapist was Kristine. She was very friendly and put me at ease right away. I took a minute to fill out a new patient sheet and she discussed any medical conditions or anything that I wanted to focus on. She gave me a tour of the center and then we began my treatment. The raindrop treatment was awesome! She dropped (8), I think, essential oils down my spine, then covered them with a warm damp towel and let them soak in, meanwhile she began my massage. Kristine was excellent!!! She always made sure that I was comfortable and that nothing was too painful. The raindrop treatment helped to loosen up my muscles and also acts as a detox. It was very refreshing, even though I smelled like a "pizza" after wards. Haha...I think one of the oils was oregano. I had my massage yesterday and today I actually feel pretty darn good. I've been in constant pain the past 2 weeks due to fibromyalgia, and the massage and raindrop treatment truly helped me! I can't wait until my next treatment! Overall, this place is awesome. They offer more than just massage. They do traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, ear candling, and reiki. They even have an infared sauna and do all kinds of body wraps and such. There's also facials, waxing and eyelash extensions. Check out their website for a full list of all they do! Aimee, the owner, is sweet and soooo knowledgeable and helpful.
