I gave him the go ahead, he ordered parts then I didn't hear from him till he sent me a picture of some 30 day pick up and threatened to sell my equipment. He never called or messaged to say it was done. I scheduled to pick it up ,then day of he was busy and not at the shop till 4. I'm a homeowner so I dont use my saw alot, I went to use it the other day amd it only ran for about 10mins before shutting off and not working again. Then he tells me there is only a 30 day warranty which again he never told me or had me sign anything. I explained to him he never told me that or I would have tried to use it a month ago. He offered to check the carb on Wednesday that he's open from 9 till 7. I wrote to go out there and now he has an appointment he didn't know the day before when I was asking to have my saw fixed correctly. Now he refuses to make things right, he's a thief, has poor communication skills, and will do anything to make a quick buck and then tell you there's nothing he can do. Shifty business practices.

When o got to the register to pay I was confronted by DIANNA who works there. She passed my stethoscope and then looked at the lamp I had. She then told me that the price was incorrect. I asked her what she meant by that it was clearly marked green for 1.99. She accused me of changing the price with a harsh tone. I replied asking if she meant that I changed it. She began to back pedal but kept the claim out that I had changed the price? I was very offended seeing I go there daily and buy lots of items. Overall horrible experience and will not be paying with DIANNA again. She was RUDE , OBNOXIOUS, and most of all UNPROFESSIONAL for basically calling me a thief.
