I was told that Tammy would be arriving at 9am on Thursday. The company was kind enough to send me a reminder on Wednesday at 4pm to confirm. Fast forward to 8:21am, day of, and the office calls to cancel. I've already paid for and sent to the grandsons to a babysitter for the entire 8 hours today, AND it's going to take 7-10 business days to refund my $648 I prepaid for your cleaning service. You've cost me money now. Your customer service was very friendly, but it's nothing when it only adds up to trouble and frustration for the customer you said you'd provide a service to. (I used request a quote on Yelp.) They had an opening the next day so they put me on the schedule. I had to split the payments into two and the phone rep was super patient in sending the invoice to make sure that happened. (FYI - you need to pay the invoice prior to cleaning.) I got a basic one time cleaning, which was two hours of the cleaner's time. I told her to start with/focus on the bathroom and kitchen, and she spent most of her time in the bathroom. As in almost the whole two hours. That's ok though, because afterwards it was immaculate, and I hate deep cleaning the bathroom the most so it was nice to have help with it. She did get to the counters and the kitchen sink, and the kitchen in general was looking nice too. The cleaning was really thorough, the cleaner was polite and professional. This was a once in a while thing because I had a voucher from work I could use, but I would book again.

Her crew of four women was punctual and friendly. They worked together with efficiency and coordination that let them do more in two hours than I would have thought possible. They cleaned about 800 square feet of fairly dirty hardwoods in that time, and I am amazed by the results. I was also pleased with the very reasonable charge for this service! This company was connected and they seemed like exactly what we needed. they told me on the phone they do deep cleaning of homes after a death that are being placed on the market. It was discussed they would arrive on July 27. It was agreed that they would clean the house, top to bottom including the basement. The women on the phone told me this would be no problem at all, either a team of 2-3 would come and do the job until it was finished. I wasn't 100% sure we'd have the house emptied by then but the women on the phone stated she'd call on the Monday before to confirm and we could reschedule at that time if we weren't ready. This was the agreed upon date at the tenet needed to move in august 1. The Monday before the scheduled date came and went with no call. I called them a couple days later and the women on the phone stated we were still on schedule for August 27. I was very confused but said ok. Luckily the tenets moving in didn't need to move in for another month (by chance!) I again never received a confirmation call. 2 days before the appointment I realized the apppointment would fall on a Sunday and I figured the company would not be coming to clean on a Sunday. I called the owner multiple times to find out if they would actually be coming and if someone needed to be at the home to let them in. When she finally got back to me, she said I was correct, they won't be cleaning on a Sunday. I told her when I called to confirm last month, she told me, no you told us the house wouldn't be cleaned out and we were waiting to hear from you. I advised her this was not the conversation that took place. She assured me. I spoke with her daughter and she was sitting right next to her. I was wrong and they were never scheduled, which is the complete opposite of what was discussed at both calls. The owner finally said she'd get a team together to come out to clean as we needed the house cleaned before the tenets moved in. I gave her my sisters number as she would be the one to let the cleaners into the house. When the owner called my sister, she again, blamed me for them not being scheduled appropriately and stating i was going to tell them when the house would be cleaned. My sister, as well as myself, did not appreciate the owner of a company blaming the customer for their mistake. The team did finally arrive, 20 minutes late. My sister was in the home the entire time. The team asked my sister how long they should be there, she laughed thinking they were kidding as they needed to clean the entire home. The team of 3 (one person being trained) stayed for 3 hours. They didn't clean the living room, the basement or the entire upstairs with the exception of the bathroom. The owner called my sister WHILE the time was there to collect payment. How can you collect payment when the job hasn't been finished and it is time based?! After the team left, the charge was looked out again and we were overcharged by about $300. The excess charge was cancelled from the credit card company as we were charged for services not rendered. When I went to the home, after the tenets moved in, I realized the house was filthy! It didn't look like a cleaning team was there at all. The owner then called my sister, while she was at work, to express that the the payment was cancelled. When my sister couldn't speak with her, the owner called me leaving me a message stating she was going to take us to court for non-payment. When we called her back, she was extremely defensive, screaming at us on the phone and telling us we were wrong. We calmly explained we were severely overcharged. The owner continued to yell and swear at us on the phone. When we advised her to calm down and discuss the situation as an adult, she continued to swear at us and hung up. We tried to call her back with no response. What type of company is this lady running? You blame the customer for your mistakes, you don't render the services agreed upon and then contact the customer claiming you are going to sue them?! This lady never gave us a change to explain our side. She never offered to remedy the issues!
