Thought this would be something in their inventory, given my garage door isn't anything unique. A couple of weeks later I decided to call and get a status. Apparently I had fallen off their radar. They had the part and came the next day to install. The work was done well and timely. Very professional work done, but communication and customer attention could use a little improvement. I scheduled an appointment to have it serviced and the soonest available appointment was 3 weeks later. They came one day early and I was out of town and the job did not get started. They rescheduled it for a Friday and were a no-show. I called to ask why they weren't at my house and the technician (the owner, apparently) said he had a scheduling error and then tried to diagnose the issue over the phone. We scheduled a THIRD appointment and once again, no-show. Not once did I receive good customer service from Corey or anyone at Advanced Overhead Doors.
