After a recommendation of a friend I went here for breakfast…read more Apparently it opens up at 8:00, but spanish people don't normally go before 9, maybe even later, so at around 10:00 it's virtually impossible to get a seat, evenmore if you don't speak spanish, because people don't queue up on a fair basis from what I saw when I was sitting :) Everything is really down to earth, really good food, breakfast for locals basically, toast or chocolate with churros and everything is really cheap, definately go here for a breakfast, you won't regret it!

Nothing like the ones back in Glasgow, these are gigantic, crisp outside yet soft inside with a mug of gooey, dark chocolate sauce for dipping - oh my days! How have I survived to my 30's without these!? Add in a round of coffees and the bill worked out at €3 each! Ridiculously cheap and hence our return visit later in the week. Now if I could only move this place to Glasgow, or me to Spain, I'd be forever a cheery churros chicka!

Food was so-so and flavorless. Had to ask for salt and pepper, which took a good 5 minutes to be brought. No one ever asked to refill our drinks. It took more than 15 minutes to get the check (having to ask the same waitress twice). When she brought our change, she slapped down a "reserved" sign on our table and began spraying it with glass cleaner while we were still seated. Absolutely rude.

It is the place to be for dinner in the summer which will make you wait for a table really long (30 minutes at least) but it is totally worth it. The rest of the year it is very calmed and nice to be there. Also during the summer they only offer tables outside, leaving the inside area empty.
