This cute little hole in the wall spot had a great amount of veggie options for my sister and I! We both split the Falafel Gallette and had a couple of Aperol Spritzes! The server was kind and the food came out fast! It's a very centrally located restaurant which was perfect so we could hop around to other spots after! Highly recommend! read more

Located right in the center of Plaza de la Merced, Byoko uses seasonal, organic ingredients from the Andalusia region to create their dishes. We tried the season buddha salad and the truffle and Parmesan carpaccio. My favorite was definitely the carpaccio. The truffle cream was nutty and umami but not overpowering. I loved the use of shiitake mushroom as well. The inside is nicely decorated, though not too big. read more

What a lovely restaurant!! Just looking at the photos of their food makes my mouth watering, again! I had a big bowl of buddha bowl, which was made of avocado, toasted sweet potato, tomato, quinoa, hummas, baby spinach. It had a quite unique orange sauce/dressing. I arrived about 15 minutes after they opened in the morning. The restaurant quickly filled up and the single server was overwhelmed. It took quite some time to get food. It took so long that the couple sitting next to me got up and left. The good news is the food was delicious and the cafe con leche was decent. If you decide to go you will get great food but it may take some time. read more

Definitely the best breakfast I had in my two weeks in Malaga Spain, most places just have the exact same boring unflavored stuff. The selection was incredible and very unique. Service like most Spanish places is fairly non existent and if you sit outside might be sitting directly next to someone blowing smoke in your face but these are things to just be accustomed to out here lol... This rating is strictly for the food and drinks which were top notch and enough to ignore the other aspects haha. read more

I definitely recommend this place for breakfast! To have a healthy option, and in our case, a buckwheat breakfast crépe and an acaí bowl in one sitting is just unheard of, much less to find one in Spain but here we are! Sooooo good! read more

Excellent. I especially liked the salmon and avocado toast it was super tasty and a pretty decent size. The coffee was also yummy as they had oat milk ( I can't have dairy) and I enjoyed a green smoothie and a pineapple strawberry banana smoothie which I would highly recommend. read more

We stopped in Málaga as part of a cruise, so we had only one chance for lunch. I turned to Yelp to find a good place, that's how we found Byoko. I aways look at photos of food to hep make decisions (by the way, people, please always put the name of the dish when you post a photo!). I ordered the Buddha Campera bowl with chicken, avocado, quinoa, veggies and a wonderful citrus vinaigrette. Wow, it was absolutely delicious. We would be going there often if we had the chance. read more

Good atmosphere, helpful wait staff (Manu!) and delicious food. Don't see how it could have been any better. I had the char roasted sweet potato with chive sauce and rye/pumpkin seed crackers. Very impressive. My husband had the Thai seafood soup and was equally impressed. We'll be here for another month and plan on working our way through the whole menu. It's that good. read more

Just what the doctor ordered! After a 5k run along the beach and in the park, this was the perfect place to have brunch. I ordered a soy latte and the açaí bowl, which was to die for. The avocado toast was beautifully presented and also delicious. They have many gluten-free and vegan-friendly options. Highly recommended for a special, tasty, and healthy treat in Malaga. read more

This is definitely the place for a great tasting breakfast. I ordered the egg on toast with tomato sauce. I would love to know what they put in the eggs, they tasted so good!! I also had a cappuccino-so yummy!! My partner had a smoothie of banana & several other fruits. The place was very busy, so we had to wait a bit to order. This is a small place.we sat close to the other customers, which was nice as they were friendly and visited with us. The first breakfast in Malaga. I found this place from Yelp and thought of trying it when the weather is so wet and rainy. The place is so small with 5 tables. The staff are very friendly. There are an additional seating outside but it's rainy and can't enjoy the nice view of the narrow streets of Malaga and the architecture of the downtown buildings. The food is amazing, delicious with a very nice presentation. Fresh food, many options and the coffee is organic. read more

Great breakfast located by the cathedral. Lots of different smoothie and juice combinations, teas, porridge / muesli bowls, and open face toasts with different toppings like eggs, avocados, cheese, salmon, bacon, etc. Great service and nice seats outside.
