I waited for an hour and a half in the waiting room while every single other person that walked in after me went in the office, got treated and left, while I'm sitting in the waiting room and haven't even gotten vitals yet. Then after waiting this long it's now ther lunch time. They actually took a break to eat lunch while I've been here for over an hour waiting. In follow-up for a chronic condition, he basically didn't want to assist my wife and enjoyed taking the co-pays only. He confirmed that I needed treatment for an upper respiratory infection and arranged for a prescription at my pharmacy close to home. What I don't understand is why Dr. Shahzad's score on the United Healthcare site is only 3 stars? This was the best experience I've ever had at a medical facility. I was completely mislead by the ati staff about billing and when I expressed my concern they said "well the $10 is just an estimate" however their estimate was off by over $140 per visit. Such a shame as I would've liked to continue to go there just be careful they will tell you one thing to get you in the door and then you're on the line for $100s of dollars.
