Yes, I had a lot of questions and I had to use the restroom a lot. I have epilepsy. No apologies nothing. I was then transfered to another floor. Originally I was on the 4th floor and they sent me to the 2nd floor. They do not do such as I stayed there 2x prior. The solution was to remove the patient so the nurse could go back to playing around with the CNA and other nurses or on the phone with his wife! Abrazo West is my choice...they are so professional. If you expect to get some rest, forget it, the staff was was nice but inexperienced. I had cancer and my bladder was removed. The in it's place I have a bag that collects the urine, none of the nurses had ever seen this. When I changed it 5 nurses came in to watch the procedure. They then argued with me about the equipment I had and how I was applying it. I asked how many times they had seen a this type of thing..::: No one. I said I had lived with this for 12 years, thinking they would respect my knowledge. I asked if they knew a better method. No one answered. I could add to the list of poor care. .

It's beautifully decorated and very clean. The dental chair is a semi-massage chair that gently massaged my upper back during my exam and cleaning. I've never experienced that. I was also treated to a face mask! Before the cleaning began, they put the Lamina Lift Mask on - again, something I've never experienced before. The staff is wonderful. Professional, friendly, informative, and they gave off a very calm and relaxed vibe too. Dr. Segovia is the only dentist I've had that was so present and involved during my appointment. She not only performed my exam, but conducted my cleaning as well. She was very thorough and attentive to my TMJ issues. She would pause so I could relax my jaw. Then, when she noticed my jaw tensing up again, she would encourage and remind me to relax my jaw. She was genuinely concerned about my comfort. I also appreciate how informative and educational she was in explaining and recommending what I need to address my cosmetic and dental health concerns.
