As a result, we were forced to prepare and file a legal response ourselves to protect against a claim that should never have been filed against us. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Harris Loftus. Filing a lawsuit against the wrong individual under these circumstances reflects serious failures in both verification and communication.
