I provided the layout, design, truck, tools, demolition, all supplies (the money was stuck in probate, so I bank rolled the project, got rid of debris (condo association would not let us use there dumpsters, removed wallpaper, scrubbed glue off walls, patched holes and painted the entire condo 2 coats of base paint. I initially got MANY estimates to rehab the place, however the quotes were sky high. This is when we decided to diy. I also provided my coworker. Mr Tobin you may be a lawyer, however you are not a cost estimater. Keep your big mouth out of are family. You have caused great strife in my family over this matter. You have no idea how many hours I put into this job, but I am going to give you that number. Two employees from my corporation for 10 days equals 200 hours.
