With everything being so poor of shape we pulled out and now have to restart the process again and loose lots of money and the sad thing about it is he acted like it was no big deal. There was a lot more then we knew after the initial walk thru that was wrong and changed after the agreements. The flooring was changed in 70% of the house after we agreed upon with pricing. I am a disabled vet that is on a budget and so with them doing this to me it has put my family on a huge financial strain and also having staying with family and looking for a new house. I highly recommend you to seek other realtors. You will not get the same product you imagined when you close on the house.

If you're a college student wanting to live near campus without spending tons of money on rent, CCD Rentals is the best company for you. They've got several apartments you can find on their website, and they offer scheduled tours of the apartments if you want to see more than just the pictures. She did not tell me that my wife name did not have to be on house and I paid for the house with premarital money despite my wife name was put on the house. My wife quickly plans a divorce and I could never actually live in the house. This is Conspiracy to commit fraud thought marriage. This cost me an 8354.24 lost on the house to my life in divorce and over estimate of over 120K in loses in Divorce. See copy of check use to pay for house. In the Final calculation of cost I never was refunded the amount I pay for the house despite the divorce decree says split all cost. The listing agreement say until sold yet taken off the market to make sure it sold to her investor buddy.
