Susan was friendly, helpful, attentive, and thorough, and we, well, simply couldn't have asked for a better all around experience with a Stillwater realtor. I've a lot of experience working with realtors across the state of Oklahoma. I've worked with some of the best; Lord knows I've worked with, well, some of the worst. Susan, believe me, falls into the former of those two categories. She sold the Stillwater home of the late Dr. and Mrs. Raymond Chapel in just days after the estate sale that my firm, McNeil Liquidations, conducted there in Stillwater, and for considerably more than the asking price. (The Chapel family was as happy as I was to see such fast and truly impressive results.) I am more than happy to refer all Stillwater area real estate to Mrs. Rahill-Simon. Simply superb!

I would avoid buying anything from their realtor David or this company if they sale houses like…read morethey tried to me. Looked at a house and agreed upon it, did all the financial stuff and when it came time to close and do my final walk thru things changed drastically. I am from out of state and traveled down with my family to finish closing and the house was trashed from the sellers. Trashed so bad with holes in walls and garbage everywhere, looked like 5year olds was living there. There was dirty dishes in the sink. With everything being so poor of shape we pulled out and now have to restart the process again and loose lots of money and the sad thing about it is he acted like it was no big deal. There was a lot more then we knew after the initial walk thru that was wrong and changed after the agreements. The flooring was changed in 70% of the house after we agreed upon with pricing. I am a disabled vet that is on a budget and so with them doing this to me it has put my family on a huge financial strain and also having staying with family and looking for a new house. I highly recommend you to seek other realtors. You will not get the same product you imagined when you close on the house.

She has not only become or realtor but is now a friend. She has helped my daughter when she needed things done around the house that we weren't able to come from California to fix and not asked for anything in return. Karin will always be our realtor in Oklahoma and hopefully your too.

Both apartments were well-maintained and clean, and any issues we had were quickly resolved by the landlord Chuck. The rent is fair and honestly much cheaper than other apartments in Stillwater which don't even meet the standards of CCD Rentals. If you're a college student wanting to live near campus without spending tons of money on rent, CCD Rentals is the best company for you. They've got several apartments you can find on their website, and they offer scheduled tours of the apartments if you want to see more than just the pictures. Even if you're not a college student, I'm sure you'll appreciate the apartments they have. There's nowhere else my wife and I would want to stay in Stillwater, OK.
