Karin Biros is a phenomenal realtor. We are from California and were buying a house for our…read moredaughter. Looking for a realtor we read reviews and that is why we made the choice to use her and she differently did not disappoint. My daughter looked at 3 houses we had found and we ended up buying a house Karin had suggested to us. She knew exactly what we were looking for and found the right house. She has not only become or realtor but is now a friend. She has helped my daughter when she needed things done around the house that we weren't able to come from California to fix and not asked for anything in return. Karin will always be our realtor in Oklahoma and hopefully your too.

We could not have asked for a better experience than working with TJ Courtney in recently buying…read moreour new home in South OKC. TJ earned our trust, admiration, and appreciation at every step along the way. His deep experience with the process, the market, and genuine customer service was evident as he anticipated our questions and needs, guided our decision-making, and explained what might have been a bewildering blizzard of details, forms, and considerations. He is an above-and-beyond professional, and he made us feel like we were the most important client he'd ever had. I'll bet that every other client feels the same way about TJ. Our only regret is that we can't get a do-over with TJ for all of our previous home-buying misadventures. He would have made a world of positive difference, just as he turned this experience into one of confidence, support, and great gratitude. Thanks, TJ!

As a veteran himself, and military relocation professional, his experience and deep expertise really set him apart. He is an absolute pro when it comes to the VA benefit and teaches local realtors, mortgage officers and the public on the VA benefit. TJ is an active participant and advocate through the entire home buying process. In several military moves throughout the years, we have never experienced the level of care that TJ provided to us when we relocated back to OKC. His knowledge of the market, his extensive network in the area of other realtors, brokers and mortgage officers offered a level of understanding and analysis I have not personally experienced before we worked with TJ. If you are moving within the area, coming back to the area, or just don't know where to start with the home buying process, understanding the VA benefit, or need help identifying a realtor in another state--TJ should always be your first and only call!
