I would 100% recommend Rob and his team! My parents were looking to relocate to OK from CA and also are on a fixed income. I contacted Rob (after hours) and he called me right back! We set up a visit with him and flew out to meet him and see some homes. We sent him a list of what we wanted to see so he showed us those and some other properties that we had not originally asked about. We're both pretty demanding, and we had different wish lists in a new house. So, something that was very appealing to one of us, was somewhat less appealing to the other. Realtor Rob is the coolest! Be warned though, Rob is pretty tall. If you have an aversion to tall people Realtor Rob is not your guy. Rob is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely personable. My wife and I were extremely disappointed with the house hunting process 'until' we stumbled upon Rob. It was like no one was listening to us or hearing what we were saying we wanted. Rob changed all that on our first meeting. We finally found someone who not only heard what we were saying, it felt like he had a personal interest in OUR interests. Rob has a very high level of experience and expertise on the market and real estate in general, he made this process not only easy but enjoyable. We learned a lot about what to look for when walking through properties to potentially buy. One of our big requirements was resale potential as we are not typically in one place long, Robs experience in the business helped us find a house we would love to stay in long term that will also be easy to turn should our gypsy ways urge us to up and leave. Rob is the best. Period. I do not normally write reviews, but after my experience with Rob I felt compelled. I had a house in Norman that I lived in while I was in school and then converted to rental property. After a few years of renting it out and tenants not taking care of my house OR my pocketbook, I was ready to have it off my plate. At first I was not sure if it would be better for me to sell the house as-is with the work it needed, or to fix it up myself and use a realtor to sell it. I had found Rob through reviews such as this one and boy was I glad I did. Rob not only helped me sell it quick for a great price, he helped get it ready for market. I did not expect a realtor to help with the repair of a house. I just thought they take some nice pictures and put them all over the internet for buyers to see. Of course every realtor will do that but Rob went above and beyond. Living out of town, I could not easily fix the house myself or check up on the work of hired help. Rob being the wizard he is, knows great people for every type of home repair and improvement and was able to get my house back in fantastic condition quickly. He did this all the while keeping me informed of the status of all the repairs and never did anything without my approval. He was always prompt and just a phone call away. If he could not answer it was never too long before he would return my call. He truly went above and beyond the standard duties of a realtor and more than earned his compensation.
