What can I not say about Alaina, she is amazing! She has gone above and beyond for anything I could have ever expected. We bought a house from out of state. Not only did she answer all of my insane questions, sha also video/FaceTime toured all of the houses. Amazing person! When we learned we are relocating, we looked for a few different relators, and we found Alaina. We came up to look for homes over a weekend, and Alaina took us to 15 within one day. We found the house we wanted to buy, and she had an offer in for us right away. I know, she sounds great, but it gets even better. The week of closing, we found out issues with the seller. Alaina went to the plate for us and tried to get us what we deserved. The seller was being unfair, plus was not giving us what the contracted stated. Finally, we closed on the house ... but wait, there is more. When we moved in (the house has been closed on and Alaina was already paid), we found out more issues that the seller was trying to do. Even though the house was closed for, Alaina still worked like crazy to get us what is owed to us. She never stopped working for us, and always was doing what was ethical and true. On top of all of this, Alaina is a great person. She responds quickly, answers questions clearly, and knows what she is talking about. When I go to buy another house or selling mine in the Norman area, Alaina will hand down be my go-to. There is a lot more that I could say, but I think you get the point. read more

Alaina was amazing! We flew in from out of state to search for our new home and had no clue as to where the "good" areas to live were. She - first of all- asked us for our coffee order because she knew our flight had come in super late the night before and then drove us all over town to look at different houses in different areas of town (and some that were even farther outside of our radius because I may have some unrealistic dreams of having a farm). We found our dream home and Alaina has been a wealth of knowledge, especially for us as first time home buyers. We were able to bounce ideas off her about what we should ask for from the sellers and, because we're not able to be there in person, she even went over right before we closed to make sure everything had been taken care of properly (and when it wasn't she didn't hesitate to speak up for us).
