We stopped by today to pick up some desserts for our 4th of July celebration. We were very impressed with the selection available, ranging from hot pastries to cool sweets. The bakery is super clean and well designed. The desserts are definitely not the kind you would find at other local spots, and it's great to have such a variety available locally. We picked up a carrot cake, a chocolate soufflé cake with wild berry and cream filling, and a pistachio cake with berry and cream filling. They were each packaged in a single serving size, cute container. The cakes were fresh, moist, and the cream topping was perfect! Not too sweet, but just right. We also bought some delicious lemon cupcakes, and a couple of croissant type of pastries that had a cream cheese filling and guava filling. They were fresh, hot, and a treat of flaky goodness. We also got a chocolate cookie that was inspired by one the owners sampled in New York. It's topped with delicious crumbled pistachios and was very good. I'm looking forward to taking my granddaughter here so we can sample more of their treats. I know she's going to love it. I can't say enough about this place. The owner was very helpful and courteous. Everything we bought was fresh and delicious. The bakery is super clean and the aroma of the freshly baked goods is amazing.
