I had cancer years ago. The morning she got the notification from radiologist that read the mammogram, she left me voicemail. By the time I called her back, she had already scheduled an appointment for me with the surgeon the next day. The surgeon and the oncologist she referred me to were also exceptional. Within 10 days I had two surgeries and was on my way to post op radiation. I've never heard of a quicker response. Same when my eye was cut by a cactus. She called around and got me in to see an eye doctor that same day even though all referrals were booked. Can't say enough about Dr Don.

Not only is Dr. Boone caring, compassionate, and smart, he has a GREAT bedside manner, which I really appreciate! It's funny because you can tell he is this really smart guy but when he found out I am obsessed with the Bachelor he was right there able to have that convo with me too. I think what really sets him apart is that you can tell he really cares about his patients as people. I've met very few doctors like him!!

I wish I was exaggerating, but I have the screenshots of my call logs to prove it. To make matters worse, there is no option to schedule appointments online. On the rare chance you finally get a live person on the phone, they constantly hang up on you. This isn't a one-time issue; it happens over and over again. It's a real shame because the doctors here are actually very good--it's just too bad you can't ever get an appointment to see them. Edinger desperately needs a new call center. I'm already switching my insurance because I can't deal with this anymore.

Miki is very kind, patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Side note: Miki is the kind of girl in high school, your guy friends would think are in love with them. Not the case! She is simply very kind and personable. Moving on, I was basically on a seafood diet (I see food, I eat it) Miki said my diet needed to change as well as implementing exercise, etc. Miki gave me a nice brochure, which shows me the foods to avoid and the foods I needed to eat regularly. She answered all my silly questions. Miki also gave me Mounjaro / Zepbound. This was great! I've tried other things like intermittent fasting, starvation etc. nothing worked. I was always failing miserably. 11 weeks later & 39 lbs lighter and weighing in at 218, I was very pleased. 30 lbs to go! I went to Doctor Raja for my knee pain and problems. At the beginning I was a bit of upset that I had to wait a couple of weeks before I can speak to the Doctor Raja again to go over my X-Ray report because he will be OOO for most of the June. Doctor Raja, however, reached out to me immediately after heard that my knees are hurting and I'd like to get some help with understanding the X- ray report. During the call, he explained what's going on with knees in details and went over the next steps to get good treatment for my knees patiently. Now I have been taking the medicines he prescribed for about two weeks and it's been helpful.

From the moment she answered the phone, Stella sounded irritated and impatient. Her tone was far from professional, and throughout our conversation, she made me feel like I was bothering her just by asking basic questions. When there was a language barrier, instead of trying to clarify or assist, she became visibly frustrated--as if it was my fault that she couldn't understand. Her attitude felt dismissive and rude, almost like she didn't want to be there at all. I'm not sure how someone with such poor communication skills and such an unwelcoming demeanor ends up working in a front desk role. A medical office should be a place where patients feel heard, respected, and supported--unfortunately, my experience with Stella was the exact opposite. I sincerely hope the office takes feedback like this seriously, because the first point of contact can make or break a patient's trust in the practice.
