One of the things I most appreciated was the thoughtful communication through the Tuesday video updates as well as the use of WhatsApp chats to stay up-to-date in real time. I was always able to get my questions answered quickly. I had sort of stumbled into using Redfin on my first offer, but there were several red flags that occurred during the offer and inspection period. I was able to move on and this time I went back to the expertise that Moose offers. He made a point to tell me that he wanted to earn my business, which he did. I have recently recommended Moose to my co-workers and I will do so again in the future. I cannot recommend Moose and his team highly enough!

For my first home buying experience, I was looking for someone who would listen to what I was looking for, both in a house and within my budget, and help me thru the process. These guys nailed it. They are a perfect blend of self-motivated, friendly, smart and attentive realtors - yet never high-maintenance (really important to me as a busy, young professional). The home I ended up buying was one that I didn't have much initial interest in - but Lyrica knew it was a gem and got me out to see it. The entire process from there was smooth - they held the line with the seller and got an excellent price, then had awesome guidance thru financing, inspection and closing. Present every step of the way. They still keep in touch and have assisted me with contractor recommendations for a few of my home improvement projects. Great experience.

She knew how to get top dollar and we ended up with four offers in the first week the house was on the market! She priced it right, advertised it perfectly and got us $125K over asking price. If we ever owned a house again, Nancy would be our broker hands down.

We knew we had no desire to manage a property from 2,000 miles away. So, selling our condo was the route we would take. How hard could that be? Well, harder than one might think, even in a hot real estate market like Seattle was at the time of our sale. First, we needed a real estate agent; someone with intimate knowledge of our neighborhood. Turns out, there are more than 10,000 real estate agents in the greater Seattle area -- how to narrow that down?? After much online research, traversing various websites, reading testimonials, etc, we stumbled upon Nancy Chapin, a highly rated agent in our area, and saw a brief Youtube video featuring her on the Windermere website. We liked what we saw and made arrangements to meet her at an open house in our area two days later. In person, we liked what saw even more -- Nancy is a woman who's human qualities jump off the page. She is warm, knowledgeable, friendly and most of all, honest. The next day she met us at our home, reviewed the process of selling the property, discussed staging (which we ultimately opted not to do), officially took us on as clients and had us up and on the market in a scant two weeks, whereupon we accepted an offer more than 10% above our asking price. Through it all, Nancy was available to answer all of our questions and talk these first time home sellers off the ledge multiple times. Long story short, my wife and I could not recommend Nancy highly enough if you are in the market to buy or sell in Seattle!!

I used to sell real estate in King County but moved away, so it was important for me to find the right team I could trust to serve my family. I had known of Kim and Team Diva, as I had always admired their videos and marketing and follow her on social media, but didn't know her too well. It was a leap of faith when I referred my family to her, and it was such a positive experience that it just brought me closer to Kim and Chavi. My uncle was ill and his sister, my aunt, stepped in to assist him sell his Seattle condo. I can't imagine it was an easy process for the real estate team, but they were SO patient, loving and kind with my family. The condo was staged beautifully and they took some AMAZING photos and videos. Honestly, that condo looked so incredible, I wished I could have bought it! They did a fantastic job working with my family and treating them with so much respect. I received glowing emails from my aunt about the process and we were all pleased with the outcome of the sale of this family home. I'll continue to put my trust in Kim and the team and will refer others to them.

It's hard to know where to start with my praise of Steven--other than to say it was one of the…read moreluckier moments in my life to discover his real estate services. I was literally walking in off the street while out on a bike ride, spontaneously wondering if there was someone to whom I could lob some questions. I had never bought a home before; my only experience with a 'big' purchase was my truck which, to this day, left me feeling icky about the sales experience I had. The kind receptionist lady referred me to Steven, and I'm so glad she did. I didn't know what to expect from a real estate agent. I kept picturing the scene from "American Beauty" where Annette Bening starts slapping herself at an open house to get the sale. But what I found in Steven was the opposite in every way--and more than I had hoped for. Steven was down to earth--grounded in an earnestness I feel I see less and less of in people these days. He gave me a gentle approach to the steps I should expect, gave me great referrals for people to reach out to for financing, and then sat back, never pressuring me to act. When I was ready I reached out and he was all set--showed me houses in my price range and gave very realistic feedback about the pros and cons of each one. He lives in the area he serves most (I believe), and somehow that came through. What I mean by that is that Steven acted like I might end up his neighbor, and there is a certain extra layer of trust that comes from doing business with your neighbor. When I did find the home I want, Steven never pressured me to make the sale go through, but guided me through the negotiation process with what felt (and proved to be) wise advice. He handled all inspection organization with the least burden to myself. After closing, he maintained his availability about any questions I had or concerns that came my way. I have now purchased my second home with Steven, and the same great experience was repeated once again. I highly recommend Steven for anyone shopping in the greater Seattle-area, and especially anyone shopping in the Mt. Baker, Columbia City, Hillman City, West Seattle, etc areas as he has incredible knowledge of the area (I believe he has had many sales in Ballard too); he knows the schools, the commutes--everything one would want when making such a major purchase. All in all a great guy, and a great agent

Jeanine explained each and every document we needed to sign and answered our endless questions about the process.
