Everything from beginning to end was great working with Moose. I had been thinking about selling my place for a while, and one day I got a letter from this place called The Moose Group. While I was disappointed that this letter wasn't an invitation to an elite secret society (ala Fred Flintstone and the Water Buffaloes), I was intrigued with what the letter said. Moose sent out letters to my house and surrounding homes in regards to a family/buyer of his that was looking for a home just like mine. As a homeowner, we all get the "We'd like to buy your house!" postcards and stuff all the time, right? My experience working with the Moose Group was supportive and seamless. They had every system of communication and transparency in place throughout our entire process of selling our house and supporting us in buying a new one. When it came to selling our house, it was meaningful to us that Moose took the extra time to make sure our house sale and closing went smoothly. Detailed Review Below: Bottom Line - Moose Math was fantastic. Excellent communication, very knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommended. Moose Math was a pleasure to work with. My 6 month pregnant wife and I had were looking for our first VA home purchase and found it with Moose. Prior to meeting Mr. Math, we worked with another agent that I felt was sub par. After we fired her, interest rates were fluctuating, we were getting burned out on the home search and my wife wasn't getting any less pregnant! Needless to say we were getting a bit discouraged. Enter Moose Math. I cold called him because he was selling a house that I was interested in and I just got rid of my previous agent. I was skeptical about what services he could provide after my previous experience but then he said, "Let me EARN your business." I knew right away that he was someone I could work with and that was willing to put in the appropriate time to make sure my wife and I got what we wanted. Our initial meeting was fantastic. He met us at a house that both my wife and I were interested in and then pulled out his Ipad to give an overview of the market, the Seattle area, financing, how the short sale process works and the home buying process in general. Great use of technology to convey his ideas not to mention it set us at ease knowing the process. Moose worked with us in scouting out locations, finding homes that just got on the market and in grasping what the term "fixer upper" truly entailed. He took time to understand what our idea of fixing up meant (tightening a couple screws and putting up paint not ripping down walls!) which helped focus us too. I first came to Moose when I was considering buying a house because of a recommendation from long time friends of mine. When I met with Mustapha he sat down an d took note of what I was looking for and explained to me a bit about diffident neighborhoods I was interested in. I am afraid Mustapha didn't know quite what he was asking for when he started working for me as ended up dragging him from the Lake Stevens/Everett area all the way down to Kent/Covington area (including a few stops in between). During the whole time he was patient with me and helped me understand what I was looking at and for. I recently went thought the (initially) daunting process of buying my first home.
