They left and went to Florida for the winter and when they got back it was not a priority until August. Then, when they did the job they completely crushed my driveway (it was blacktop) in the process - leaving a huge mess everywhere. As unacceptable as that was, with all that said then they were very rude calling my house and driveway 'trash and garbage anyway' which is the reason for this review.

I ended up scheduling the installation just before Christmas, thanks to an unusually warm winter. The entire process was smooth and efficient: I chose the finish, got on the schedule (they were booked about a month out), and waited for installation day. On the day of the install, the team worked quickly and professionally. I was able to work from home without any disruption -- they were that unobtrusive. The only minor downside was the smell from the chemicals, which is expected with epoxy but worth noting. I worked next to the garage, and the smell was intense. Now, over seven months later, I couldn't be happier. The floors still look great, are easy to clean, and most importantly, they're not slippery at all. I would absolutely recommend Windy City Coating to family and friends.

It was extremely comforting especially ending with a job well done. They were meticulous about every aspect of the project including their keeping the working environment clean and safe. They also even handled the construction cleanup perfectly which was also a concern of ours because of bad experience we had with other contractors leaving the jobs a mess in the past. Their reasonable competitive pricing was also a plus comparing the bids from other companies. They're great to work with on each stage of our projects. They do quality work based on several of our projects and we would recommend them to everyone.
