She's rude every single time, acts like she hates her job, and talks to customers with an attitude. On top of that, she charges random prices -- every time she's there, my total magically goes up. Consistently pumps out the best Mexican food. This is the sister location to another food truck on 301 north of Balm road. We always order the nachos, tacos, chimichangas, and tostados. I stumbled upon this restaurant while searching for Mexican options in the Wimauma/Ruskin area. I arrived at the location on a Thursday evening. The restaurant is more of a store front with a few tables situated under a large carport. It looks dated however, these are normally the hidden gems. I ordered a shrimp burrito ($11.50) and a large cup of ceviche ($15). I previously lived in Panama and ceviche is one of my favorite foods. So I was excited to try the dish. Sadly, the ceviche was not edible. It tasted as if it was spoiled. I have tried various versions of ceviche however, I have never had ceviche minced in such a manner. Delicious authentic Mexican! Everyone liked their food. Bisteca, barbacoa, carne asada, all very tasty. The chips were very crunchy, and piping hot! The salsa had some heat and the tomatillo sauce was tasty. The Horchada was DELICIOUS!! **The only downside to a roadside eatery is the road noise - we had a particularly loud tricked-out truck gun it right in front of the outdoor seating. read more

This place has all the things that you'd want in a roadside taco stand. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but I promise if you stop in you'll leave satisfied. The tacos are super fresh and delicious. They also make their own infused water. Everyone that I went with purchased some, so I'm assuming it's super good. They have several options on the menu, but they also have several different types of meat for each type of food including vegetarian. They also have an excellent selection of soups if you have the time to sit and enjoy them.
