I stumbled upon this restaurant while searching for Mexican options in the Wimauma/Ruskin area. I arrived at the location on a Thursday evening. The restaurant is more of a store front with a few tables situated under a large carport. It looks dated however, these are normally the hidden gems. I ordered a shrimp burrito ($11.50) and a large cup of ceviche ($15). I previously lived in Panama and ceviche is one of my favorite foods. So I was excited to try the dish. Sadly, the ceviche was not edible. It tasted as if it was spoiled. I have tried various versions of ceviche however, I have never had ceviche minced in such a manner. This place has all the things that you'd want in a roadside taco stand. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but I promise if you stop in you'll leave satisfied. The tacos are super fresh and delicious. They also make their own infused water. Everyone that I went with purchased some, so I'm assuming it's super good. They have several options on the menu, but they also have several different types of meat for each type of food including vegetarian. They also have an excellent selection of soups if you have the time to sit and enjoy them.
